Everything about the hotel is awesome, rooms were big and luxurious and in addition, the service provided were impeccable. Would definitely come back here the next time I’m in Hangzhou. Big shoutout to Frank and the team, who has helped us in ensuring we are well taken care of.

The hotel is located in the free area of ​​Xixi Wetland, very quiet, very suitable for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is equipped with an electric parking lot, which is very convenient. You can ask the housekeeper to help arrange a car to pick you up at the scenic spot or the gate. You can also help to arrange a rowing boat. You can get on the boat from the hotel. The price is 388 per hour, which is the same as the price in the park. The staff in the hotel are very polite, and the housekeeper Yulia is also very meticulous. On the day of check-in, she will add WeChat to ask if there is anything you need. The room is in a cool style and has a large space. Hangzhou has been cold these days. Fortunately, the warm wind in the room is warm enough. It is also equipped with a warm baby and a blanket. The night bed service is also very considerate. It prepares water for taking medicine, fruit snacks, and makeup removal towels, etc. The bath is equipped with the Oulong series, which tastes good, and the hair dryer is also Dyson~ The hotel breakfast is semi-self-service, with six sets and a self-selection area. The ingredients are very good, with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and vegetable juice. The good impression is improved! The set meal recommends small wontons and chicken soup noodles, which are very fresh~ The waitresses in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic! The only downside is that the TV in the room is not up to standard, although I don't watch it now. The bedding should be improved. The mattress, bed sheet and pillowcase are all relatively hard. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. If you are coming to Xixi for a vacation like me, I believe this is a good choice for charging!

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. I like the environment here, with green trees and lush trees. The environment inside the hotel is also very good. The area is very large and spacious. The standard tatami room is for doubles, but it is also completely suitable for children. The hotel specially added a bed for the children. The butler service is also very good. They will contact in advance for parking, dining and other situations. It is still a very comfortable trip.

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

It's the most beautiful resort we've stayed in...service and facilities was impeccable. Don't let the word ”guesthouse” misrepresent the quality of this place...it's definitely a 5 star resort. We stayed in Buliding 2 which has the most luxurious furnishing and amenities and I highly recommend getting the afternoon tea option. The only regret is that we couldn't use the pool because we had to wear swim caps and we didn't want to pay $10 USD to buy one. So my advice for the North American/European travellers and it is not a review about this particular hotel but as a general info is that you should bring your own swim cap when travelling anywhere in China. It's mandatory to go into the pool. We'll definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

Hidden in the depths of West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel West Lake is more precisely a City Resort. It is a wonderland of classical gardens, winding paths, rippling water, and looming courtyards. You can experience different seasons all year round... Choosing to stay here is a luxurious, peaceful, and pleasant enjoyment. The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

The Four Seasons Hotel, which opened last year, is more business-style. I called in advance and the electric heater (I am a super cold person) and buckwheat pillow I needed were delivered to the room as soon as I checked in. I upgraded the room type for free, and I was given chocolate on February 14. It is very close to the mall, and you can walk directly from the 7th floor to the terrace to the hotel. The toiletries are all in large bottles, and the small tube of toothpaste is more suitable than most hotels. The waiter I met was very nice. I caught a cold the day before, so I asked for hot ginger cola, which was delivered quickly. The standard of the western restaurant is still good. Disadvantages: The taxi positioning is always wrong, but fortunately, I told the guard the get-off number and he would help guide the vehicle to the door at the intersection. Although there are all kinds of breakfast, the overall quality is still different from the Four Seasons, especially the only Hangzhou specialty snack is Pianerchuan, and the taste is average.

3 really good things about the hotel - location, ambience, and service. Location - not exactly central to city center, but it's closeby, and accessible to most of the tourist spots. Getting a Didi to & fro the hotel is no issue at all, and rides are usually approx. 15mins traveling duration, depending on traffic & destination. Ambience - located higher up in the hill separates the hotel from the hustle and bustle of the city and the roads. It's secluded and well insulated, separating us from the traffic, and and the streets. Service - the front of house is immaculate. All very well-mannered and professional. They're very flexible as well as they waived the deposit from us due to an international payment issue, prioritizing the check in experience over the procedures. Overall if given a chance, we would definitely return for another stay!
