Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Hotelnya ada di dalam gedung. Ada tempat parkir. Jika Anda perlu mengisi daya trem, Anda dapat menemukannya di tempat lain. Sangat nyaman. Sangat dekat dengan jembatan rusak di Area Pemandangan Danau Barat. Saya akan tinggal sana lain kali jika saya punya kesempatan. Orang-orang di meja depan dan departemen rumah tangga sangat pandai dalam membersihkan. bersih

We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

房間很暗，雖説為了可持續發展，但這麼暗真的大可不必。而且療愈酒店為什麼就不能讓朋友們來入住呢？實在搞不懂為啥房間都是大床房，雖然都是獨棟式，但比想象中小得多，卧室基本沒什麼走動空間。大冬天的卧室其實不夠温暖，加了個取暖器分分鐘起夜的時候被絆倒。那個單獨的茶室也沒什麼必要，還不如改裝成另一個卧室。朋友洗澡的時候説水冷的不得了。 酒店打車不易，酒店好像有一輛還是兩輛車子，但大部分時間沒空載客人出入。。。所以根本沒法去周邊的莊園和水庫逛。酒店提供的活動是固定時間的，配合不了就衹能錯過。 因為出不去就衹能在酒店用餐，餐食價格不低但味道着實一般，就是家裡用現成醬料炒出來的味道，也兼顧不了色香味😅。 感覺酒店整體主題不錯才被吸引入住，但真的定價過高也達不到在酒店就能放鬆療愈的目標。

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the West Lake and adjacent to the Intime Mall—perfect for exploring Hangzhou. We stayed in a suite (Room 1602), which was very spacious and comfortable. However, we did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working in the middle of the night. The biggest letdown was the breakfast service during the October Holiday. While we understand the hotel was at full capacity, the breakfast experience was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was severely overcrowded, with more tables crammed in than the space could comfortably hold. To our surprise, staff were asking guests to share tables with strangers. With large banquet halls available on the same floor, it was frustrating that a more suitable space wasn't opened to accommodate the crowd. For future peak periods, the hotel should either find a better way to manage breakfast or consider not offering it, as the experience was so unpleasant we would rather skip it altogether.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Kamarnya tidak kecil dan cukup memuaskan, pemandangan dari platform rooftop bagus, bisa melihat Danau Barat... Sarapannya juga enak, dekat dengan Danau Barat di sekitar Danau Barat. Hangzhou adalah salah satu kota favorit saya di Tiongkok. Saya hanya mengunjunginya sekali dan berkali-kali setiap saat. Keseluruhan konstruksi Hangzhou mempertahankan ***a aslinya, terutama vegetasi hijau subur, yang membuat orang rileks dan nyaman... Nantikan lain kali!
