Ulasan Grand New Century Hotel Fuyang

Kami mengalami pengalaman yang cukup buruk di sini. Kami membayar sekitar 75 euro per malam yang tidak sepadan. Hotel ini benar-benar ketinggalan zaman, kamarnya berbau asap meskipun secara online disebutkan bahwa ini adalah kamar bebas asap rokok. AC mengeluarkan suara yang mengerikan yang berarti kami harus tidur dalam keadaan panas karena terlalu berisik untuk tidur. Handuknya tipis dan hanya bisa bertahan untuk bertahan hidup. Kami memutuskan untuk hanya menginap satu malam dan pindah ke hotel lain yang lebih murah, jauh lebih bersih, dan lebih baik secara keseluruhan. Satu-satunya hal positif yang dapat saya katakan adalah stafnya ramah dan membantu.

It was a good stay. Decent rooms. Slightly dated but still good. Good breakfast. Pool would’ve been better if it didn’t have so many people at the same time.

Grand hotel with big room. Room is comfortable but the breakfast abit disappointing. Maybe is not suit my taste.

This is a great place very near the metro so easy to get around. Excellent service while I was here, no problems.

My trip to the Grand New Century Hotel in Fuyang District, Hamgzhou, was quite a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, neat, spacious, oh and did I mention theybcome with a bath??? The service of the hotel staff was excellent. You would not expect this level of service from a hotel so far out of Hangzhou, as a matter of fact, you would be surprised to find it in a lot of major cities. The check-in, being a foreigner, is usually the worst part of any hotel stay in China, but it was so smooth. All the staff knew exactly what to do. I had a fractured foot and A LOT of baggage, and Inwas immediately assisted. They arranged carts, storrage for my excess items, Nd escorted me to my room. To my surprise, there were English speaking staff, and a special shoutout to Iris Chen, who took it on herself to see that Inwas taken care of! In all honesty, I have never seen this 5 star level service anywhere in China. I must also say well done to 汪俐昀 王易霖 and 孙露芬 for making sure I had a pleasant stay. The coffee shop was lovely, a nice hangout spot, and the tour of the hotel by Iris Chen was a big plus. She was a superstar from the get go. Any company would be lucky to have her in their ranks! She went above and beyond, even making sure I had the right healthcode after checking out as Zheijiang is quite strict. I applaud the hotel and staff for making me feel welcome and cared for!

老酒店 性价比不高 Old hotel. They charge everything. Boring … and noisy

Excellent front desk service - very supportive during the health prevention time. Helped me to order items since I was not able to navigate in the APP. Next morning friendly support find the next PCR testing station - thank you Ms. Wang X. and colleagues. The room very clean - parking easy. Will come back.
