a hotel in a strategic location! the service from front office was top tier! a minus bcs there was no smoking bedroom :(

Checking in at the hotel at start 15:00 wasn't ideal; it felt late and inappropriate. The room, however, was spacious and clean. Beware of the strong water pressure in the toilet. Unfortunately, no iron was provided.

Overall Good. The best part is there is a Netflix 🙂 But the Cleanliness was standard 🙃

Initially I ordered the Deluxe type via the trip application at a promotional price, before booking I tried to confirm with the hotel, is it true that at that price I can order that room? The hotel said yes and confirmed my booking. However, after 3 days I suddenly received a WhatsApp message from the Hotel Front Office informing me that the previous booking could not be processed because there was a promo error in the trip application, I was a little upset because if I wanted to continue staying here I was required to pay the normal price or cancel (refund). total). So I decided to stay here by paying the normal price which had been given a special discount for me. I respect the hotel's service because because of this mistake the hotel gave me 2 complimentaries, the first I was required to pay the normal price but with a 30% discount, the second I got breakfast 2x every morning from the hotel. Apart from the problems above, overall what I noticed most about this place is that it smells great. The reception, lobby, rooms, toilets are all fragrant, talking about fragrant means that cleanliness definitely doesn't need to be questioned anymore, for spacious beds you can get a water heater for making coffee/tea, Smart TV can provide Netflix with a hotel account, then YouTube etc. For the bathroom you get 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste, 2 towels, liquid soap but no shampoo, so if you want to wash your hair you can bring your own shampoo or buy it at the shop near the hotel, there are Indomart and Alfamidi. Every room is non-smoking, yes, there is a smoking area available, so if you are naughty you will be fined 10 million. Oh yes, one more important thing, if you order includes breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and delivered straight to the room.

The hotel did not match the description, it said it had a bathtub but when we arrived we found it did not. Information does not match what is said on social media, internet connection is very weak, always freezes while watching Netflix, sounds from other rooms can be heard, corridor is very hot at 11+pm, receptionist doesn't want to answer the phone, just wants to chat, Even though there were no guests in the hall at the time. Except for the driver, I wouldn't recommend this place. There are many convenience stores and food vendors around the hotel.
