A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

We loved our stay at Hotel Joan Miro Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. There is free parking nearby if you are lucky to find a space, but we paid 10 euros per day for underground parking, which was recommended by the hotel. The location is just a five or 10-minute walk to the beach with some shops and cafes nearby. The staff also sent a bottle of Cava to our room for my boyfriend's birthday even though we didn't even tell them we were celebrating! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

The food was served cold even if you went down early. I asked for my food to be warmed up and after half an hour I was told they threw it away. There were flies around the food and so overall paying £12 each morning for this quality was not great. There were stains on the pillow cases and hairs on the towels. It’s quite far from all the main places you may goto and the surrounding area is quite broken down and ruins the vibe and look of the place. We paid for a premium room but it seemed to be a standard. Experiences racism and rude remarks and looks.i didn’t remember to take pictures of everything but overall my experience in Mallorca was disappointing and I had a bad experience. Despite this some employees were helpful and kind.

The overall experience of staying at the hotel is great. We’ve tried the restaurant affiliated. The food was ok, acceptable, depending on what you order.

Good location but is uphill. Nice pool area and quick walk to the beach

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach. Nice and clean pool area with gym access. The hotel's commitment to art and culture, combined with its excellent amenities and top-notch service, make it a true standout among the city's many hotels.

My husband and I spent two relaxing nights there, and it was wonderful. What stands out is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness throughout. The breakfast buffet is amazing, varied, and delicious.

The room is very small, there are no cups for drinking water, only two disposable mouthwash cups in the bathroom, and no basic welcome tea bags. The hotel has only one elevator, and the elevator is very narrow and can only accommodate 2 people with one suitcase each.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The terrace of the sea view room is great. The view in the morning and at sunset is beautiful. The service is also very warm. The breakfast is rich but the quality is more rural. What I am not satisfied with is that the room is not soundproof. The fan in the next room is very loud. You have to be accompanied by noise when enjoying the beautiful view on the terrace, which is a very negative experience.

The hotel is fantastic! The room is super clean and the bathroom is super spacious! The common areas of the hotel are super nice and the pool is extraordinary, one of the best I have used in all my travels. I loved it.
