Quite convenient to the train station.

Ottima posizione per girare Brighton, stanze non al top ma per il prezzo pagato va più che bene

Hotel staff very unfriendly and even tho there on business when handling a short meeting they where very inquisitive and nearly interrogated my business colleague, and hotel felt very old and in need of refurbishment for £10 extra could of booked the durys inn.

Place is disgusting , rooms and furniture are dirty, shower is rubbish, noise all night with people praying

前台接待沒有禮貌，衞生較差

海から近いだけで、正直微妙でした。建物自体が傾いていて、ドライヤーなども無かったです。なんでも良い方はコスパ良いかと

Door was faulty, could not close, curtains needed a wash and also bed linen, extra heater provided plug faulty.

Excellent and you cannot get much closer to being right on the beach! Extremely close to the pier and amenities along the main beach area. Very comfortable bed mattress and quiet room. Within a longer walk to the main Rail / Train Station in Brighton! Very Friendly staff. Simple yet great place and I would stay there again!!

Very nice and affordable option in Brighton, worth staying here if you are on a budget. Pros: friendly stuff, sea view, restaurants and bars just a few steps away, clean. Contras: no sound isolation, I could hear everything from the next room, old furniture, no hair dryer, no shampoo or shower gel.

Very tired hotel nothing like the pictures showing on the website

The room was pretty ran down and not so clean. But the staff very friendly and gave a feeling of familiarity
