Ulasan Hakone Kowakien Hotel

Saya sangat menyukai pemandian air panas Kowakien, setiap kali saya berendam licin dan ada sedikit bau belerang, kulit saya terasa nyaman setiap selesai berendam. Fasilitas: Taman Xiaoyuan cocok untuk wisata keluarga dan pasangan, dan fasilitasnya sangat lengkap. Kebersihan: Sangat higienis. Pemandian air panasnya juga sangat bersih. Anda juga bisa pergi ke Tianyou di seberang jalan untuk menikmati udara terbuka. Saya paling suka udara terbuka ini setiap saat. Lingkungan: Lingkungan sangat bagus, serasa hutan lebat, sangat sepi. Beberapa orang mengatakan bahwa transportasinya merepotkan, dan Anda mungkin harus menjelajahi rutenya sendiri ketika datang ke Kowakien, namun itu sangat berharga, karena pemandian air panas di sini adalah yang terbaik yang pernah saya alami sepanjang perjalanan. Gunung Fuji pada dasarnya tidak berbau, dan Kowakien lebih baik dari Hakone, Yumoto letaknya di ketinggian dan kualitas airnya sangat bagus, tapi ada sedikit bau belerang. Pokoknya saya sangat menyukainya. Layanan: Terima kasih khusus kepada Nona Wang dari Taiwan yang menyambut kami. Dia sangat antusias. Dia memberi kami kesan yang sangat baik terakhir kali kami datang ke sini. Dia teliti dan bijaksana. Saya dan suami memikirkan apakah kami bisa bertemu satu sama lain satu sama lain lagi, dan kami berhasil. Itu adalah takdir yang hebat. Sarapan dan makan malam buffet wajib anda pesan saat kesini, karena di sekitar sini tidak banyak bisnis, paling nyaman makan di hotel, dan makanannya memang enak dan memiliki beberapa keistimewaan.

Great hotel. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Wonderful view from the room. Cozy garden near the hotel. Bus stop near the hotel.

Location of hotel is good. Surroundings nearby...lush green,family mart & Yunessun. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast & dinner alot!!!

Very beautiful hotel, good private room onsen for couple. Fantastic spread for buffet dinner and breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a perfect hotel stay for families visiting Hakone. The room was spacious for our family of three. Comfortable bed and well kept room amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner food and drinks were delicious. We love our visit to the Hakone Kowakien Morinoyu which was included with our hotel stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the checkin procedure. We had to use a machine to checkin instead of going to the checkin counter and have front desk staff processing for us. It was a terrible experience because the machine failed at recognising our passport and it was terribly hard to enter everyone’s details on the touch screen. I should have to do this myself as a guest. Please get rid of the machine check in.

Amazing and cosy hotel. Just a bit lack of good customer service, been to many hotels in Japan with really good service. The facilities are amazing though!

The hotel room functions well. The meal items could improve a bit.

Check in and out was a very long process during peak hours. They were also very not accommodating for a family of 4 in the double queen room, even though there was ample space. The location was also quite inaccessible via bus from the train station. Rooms were clean. Nice to have laundry in basement (but must use Suica to operate), and the only restaurant at the hotel was hard to book. There is a convenient store right next to hotel. The onsen was lovely, but they switch the genders daily so be cautious!!

If you want a relaxing stay with hot springs, messages, and diverse buffets for breakfast and dinner, then this is your place.

Hotel is in a great location with bus stops nearby. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to gora station which is a plus.

Huge room, comfortable. Nice view from the hotel windows. Comfortable bed, complete amenities (like all of the japan hotels!) The public onsen alternates everyday for male/female, but the instruction is ultra-clear. I did twice a day for the onsen!

The location is nice. We also had some passes to use the bath next door/ the hot spring section was the better choice. The buffet was convenient as there aren’t many places to go eat at around The buffet was really bit bland it seemed it looked better than it tasted.

This is a eco-friendly hotel and the room is neat / tidy.  Good for family with kids
