El hotel en general está bien, aunque se nota que las instalaciones son viejas. El servicio y la limpieza son muy correctos. La insonorización de las habitaciones es algo floja y se oye mucho ruido de otras habitaciones y del pasillo. El desayuno muy variado. Además tiene piscina climatizada con jacuzzi incluido en el precio.

Все на высшем уровне. Чистота порядок везде. Комнаты большие просторные. Завтрак на 5+.Особенно круасаны и бекон. Очень понравилось. Ещё поеду.

第二次入住這家酒店，週末的客人明顯很多，房間舒適，服務熱情，周圍有充足停車位，開車到薩洛市中心也就五分鐘。性價比很好的酒店

Très bon hôtel, propre. Recommande +++. Chambre pas faite pendant 3jours seule petit soucis (compréhensible vu le nombre de chambre dans l’hôtel) très satisfaisant tout de même. Petit dej copieux. Reste une bonne expérience.

I was abit apprehensive about stay at this hotel after some of the reviews I read but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed for a week bed & breakfast. The food we had for breakfast was ok, same every day but covered everyone from cereal, to fruit, pancakes, different breads and meats. We never ate lunch or dinner there so can’t comment but it was 22euro per adult 11euro per child each not including drinks so it was cheaper to go elsewhere. The pool bar is good and relatively cheap too. The lobby is nice and cool and the rooms were cleaned and a changes of towels daily. The rooms abit dated but clean and for just sleeping in they were absolutely fine. Air con worked perfectly and even shuts off if you opened your patio door and once closed came straight back on again. They had a mini fridge but if you wanted a kettle or the use of a safe they were charged extra. We didn’t bother. The pool was nice and clean and had sun loungers dotted around the pool but sometimes hard to get one in the shade with having an 18month old too but we usually got some beds altogether. They had a foam party for the kids while we were there too which was great. The beach front, bars and restaurants are about a 15min walk from the hotel so we got some steps in but it wasn’t a bad walk. The beach was lovely but if you want sun loungers cheaper walk down towards the end of the beach near the boats and fountains as they were 10euro cheaper each and it seemed quieter too. Can’t comment on the entrainment as we didn’t go in the hotel but there was something on every night and a kids disco too but overall the hotel was pleasant, clean, away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants and also it’s only a 10minute walk to the theme park and water park too. I would recommend the hotel for the price.

If your a couple who like to chill in room and watch a bit of telly from time to time you can't unless you speak Spanish,your lucky if you get 1 channel,this hotel is definitely geared up for spanish people,not a problem we just go somewhere else,the hotel is good it's clean the food isn't bad the staff are lovely but the rooms are small and dated I wouldn't come again it's a bit too far from salou centre and too spanish oriented.

We arrived at hotel 9.30 did not get into room until 15 00 .air conditioning in the room was a joke ,we were there for 10 nights out of them3 nights entertainment was OK food plenty of choice.there is not sunbeds,and definitely not enough umbrellas, doors not open until 9.00and than it's a 50 metre sprint for sunbeds which I never seen before would I return to this hotel definitely no staff are friendly.

Revisiting 25 years after first staying here with my young son. Lovely clean hotel. Pool great but beach even better..only 15 minutes stroll from the back gate of hotel. Food was delicious with a huge variety. No kettle in room so best to bring one and cups. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room cleaned daily. We took our firestick so can't comment on tv quality. Indoor pool and spa looked great. All staff were great 👍 Entertainmentwas outside and started at 9 with kids, and after ten till approximately 1130. We watched from the balcony. Portaventura is a 10 minute walk and we spent the day there....got our pass validated and returned after dinner for the evening and fireworks 🎆 Caribe water park is great if you have kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here from the 14th June for a week with family hotel was very clean nice rooms and a good sized swimming pool.we stayed b&b and always had a good breakfast ,we ate 1 night in the restaurant and wouldn't be fussed on it at all ,food at the pool bar was very good and reasonable priced hotel was about a 10min walk into salou quickest way is out the backgate of pool walk to the end of the street turn left and 1st right keep walking and it brings you out at the start of everything you need it's also about 10 to 15mins walk to portaventura as well,

When we were booking, we looked for somewhere affordable yet nice. After reading reviews, we were apprehensive but decided to book. On arrival, there were lovely staff members at reception who booked us in swiftly so we could get down for dinner in time. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the hotel offering a wide range of cooked and cold meats and English and Spanish foods. The staff were lovely and there was plenty of room to sit down and not too loud. However, when it came to dinner, the food selection was good, but as me and the girlfriend aren't massive lovers of fish, some days it was tricky to fill our plates. However, there was still a wide range of items to choose from and lots of desert options. The room was very clean and very basic and had everything we needed. However, there were only 2 plugs in our room, and 1 didn't work, so it was a nightmare to charge our phones in a rush 😅. The sheets were clean, and the mattress was very comfy. The air-conditioning in our room worked very well and the balcony was also spacious however only 2 chairs and no little table for playing cards. We had a slight leak in the bathroom bidet however i reported straight to reception snf the maintenance man was fixing it within arounf 10 minutes ver6 swift and good repair allowing me to carry on using the facilities provided. The kingdom of the pint "pub" was very well decorated, but a lack of beer options marks it down. All the staff members were very nice and polite and spoke English to a decent degree. The pool was very nice and clean it was a good size to have fun and also relax in. It was busy at times but never rammed. There were plenty of sunbeds with parasols, and you dont need to get your towel down at 6 am to get a good one. The pool opens at 10 am, which personally I would've liked to open earlier, but it wasn't actually that bad. It gave some time for suncream to soak in. The animation team was very nice and friendly and active. They had multiple games every day and sport competitions there were fun things in the evening to watch also and there were 2 pool tables by the pool and they had a lovely bar area in middle of the pool where u can buy a selection of lovely drinks, food and ice cream. It was about a 20-minute walk to the beach which wasn't too bad and about a 10-minute walk to a shop.

Stayed here for my first ever trip to salou and I have to say the hotel was a bit disappointing. We already knew there was no kettle in rooms so we took one with us, no mirror in room so no chance of seeing yourself dressed before you go out. Leg of bed snapped when I sat on the bed but it was fixed promptly to be fair. Found the bar staff to be amazingly friendly but that's where it ends unfortunately reception staff and cleaning staff were very reserved to the point of awkwardness when seeing them. Food was ok but we went out for food as the atmosphere in restaurant was chaotic due to the hotel being overrun with school children on trips as a class. All in all salou was very good but I will book H10 vintage for next year which is just down the road a bit.
