Excellent through out. But with a price. I will definately return in the future.

Our family were well taken care by Waldorf. It's truly unforgettable experience. Breakfast is amazing, many options cater your any favor on the day. Dinner has 11 restaurants to choose from. Housekeeping was done in a very proper time. Staff are friendly with smile as always. Tennis court, Padel tennis court are well maintained, water, sunblock, insect repellent are well prepared too. We love everything here! Thanks for the hospitality.

Booked for a friend, and got good feedback from him. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the place is clean! It is full of charming exotic style. The decoration still uses the Maldivian characteristic thatched roof, and the facilities are all luxury brands. The water villa will also be equipped with glass floors, with a wonderful view of the lagoon below.

During our stay at the hotel, we went to the kids club. On the first day, my two-year-old was frightened by a local Maldivian staff member while being taken care of. On the second day, he refused to go there anymore. My two sisters told me that they were not allowed to play public games, I have talked to the manager and they said that they wanted the children to come according to the schedule, but the schedule that day was to go to the garden, but they didn't take the children to the garden for a long time, and the children stayed from 10 am to 2 pm. Is it so difficult to manage something that children really want to do? One Indian and one Russian. I am very dissatisfied with them, they have no patience and don't know how to guide children. For example, when you see a two-year-old trying to enter a room that they are not allowed to enter, what do you do? Do they just shout: "You can't go in!" Or do they squat down and say to the child: "How about we go there to play with cars and tell you some stories?" Our children are smart and we never treat them in a disrespectful way. I think the hotel is not serious enough in hiring the staff for the kids club. This made me very dissatisfied during my stay. Because of these staff, I will not choose Waldorf Astoria and will not recommend it to my family and friends. We didn’t choose that place to experience such unpleasant things! The marine ecology of the artificial island is not very good, there are fewer fish, and the water is not so thorough. Compared with Conrad Conrad Island under the same group, the overall service is not as good as Conrad Island. It is much worse than Dasiji. It didn't meet the so-called six-star standard of Waldorf Astoria. The advantage is that this hotel is very big, and you can play more with children

Stayed for 3 days and the wifi was broken every day. There was no wifi on the island. It was too uncomfortable. I couldn’t do anything. The menu on the ipad was not updated. Wifi I don’t know if tens of thousands of dollars a night can’t guarantee wifi

When you think of the perfect vacation a lot places can come to mind, there are places that have history, art, beaches, music and nightlife. While those are all amazing in their own regards what separates the best hotels in the world is two things: where they are located and what they offer. The Waldorf Astoria in Maldives is as picturesque as it gets with even the base room being what feels an over water villa. The grounds are immaculately maintained here and the food offerings as exquisite. While your bank account will certainly feel it, but from a culinary perspective you will mesmerized. The ledge, Lilong and glow were all of Michelin. The breakfast was extensive, rooms had pretty much everything you need for a month long jaunt. But what really differentiated our stay and put this resort in a class of its own was the service. I’ve traveled to India, Japan, all over Europe parts of Africa and South America, and our concierge really stood out to us. Her name was Valencia and I highly request you ask for her. She knows the property like the back of her, has great experience and dining sections and was extremely responsive. I’ve dealt with a lot of concierge/front desk type folks and her passion, attentiveness to detail and desire to be the best really shined and was a highlight of our experience. Did I say the water is beautiful and snorkeling is a must? Luckily the currents aren’t bad so it’s conducive for all skill levels.

This experience is truly apart from the test of our experiences in Maldives, we stayed inCheval, Joali and what sets this is the staff thru truly made us feel. Welcome and special in everywhere we go, Special thanks to kidsclub team as they go beyond our expectations on looking after our kids, their activities and the way they care is beyond. Only kidsclub needs a renovation to cater for more kids Thanks to Watersports and Tasting restaurant as they care of us in and made every request possible. We will come back

Our stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic! The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful with stunning views, well maintained facilities and plenty of activities for adult and kids. One of the highlights of our trip was the kids club. The staff there were incredibly friendly, professional. And truly great with the children. Our kids had an amazing time doing the fun activities, arts & crafts and waterpark. It was such a relief to know they were entertained and safe while we enjoyed some relaxation time. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, if you’re looking for a family-friendly destination with too notch service and great kids club, this is the place to be!
