酒店設施硬件很贊！早餐也很豐富！ 缺點：房間的陽台是開放的，晚上睡覺感覺不安全！最重要的是晚上樓下酒吧&活動太吵，就像睡在音響上。下次不會再住！ The music is extremely loud in the evening till the midnight. Cannot sleep. I will never stay in this hotel.

酒店服務很差，住兩天，都沒有配拖鞋，打電話給客房催了好幾次。

非常的吵，幾乎每天晚上都有party，無法休息！窗户連接公共走廊，不安全。

The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very helpful indeed especially the hotel manager. Catered for all requirements including hotel visit by a doctor for the remote PCR test before departure. Couldn’t of asked for more while under their care. Would definitely recommend for those considering a stay.

Huge hotel with huge rooms and loads of staff. But... it needs to decide whether it's a hotel or events venue. A lot of noise and disruption from the setting up and taking down of equipment for celebration events. I appreciate this happens at weekends but it can be intrusive. Overall ... enjoyed my stay but perhaps I'll pick somewhere smaller and quieter next time.

Every night there is the noise of the thump thump of music somewhere in this hotel. There is no soundproofing, the noise comes through the windows, and the walls even shook when they had a concert by the pool. We couldn’t get proper sleep. Never again. We arrived Thursday lunchtime and hadn’t even had breakfast, so needed something to eat. . The pool area was FULL of conference delegates, and there was no table for us. They sent us to the main restaurant where the same thing occurred. After a few minutes they managed to find a table for us. But this hotel is all about conferences and bringing money in from outside for music events. They simply don’t care about hotel residents. But the worst was the airport shuttle at 07:30 on 3 rd November. The car was a vintage Toyota Crown with bald back tyres and an engine warning light stuck on. The driver was clearly high on something. We didn’t smell alcohol but he couldn’t keep the car in lane, drove for kilometres in the outside lane oblivious to the hooting of other drivers. Spent the whole trip swerving unnaturally from side to side. A couple of times he almost ran us off the road, and once we came perilously close to ploughing into the back of a slow vehicle. We paid $66 for that! If you value your life, never make the mistake we did. Never again!

From the moment I landed at Entebbe Airport, I felt rested, safe and excited for my first time in Uganda. The hotel transport man who picked me up, unfortunately I have forgotten her name but cannot forget his warm and comforting aura, made me feel welcome and accepted. The beautiful hotel was matched by the knowledgeable and welcoming staff, Brenda in concierge insisted on taking my bags, something which I still am in awe of, as I travel a lot and have never had the pleasure of a goodwilled black lady take my bags and sort my transport out for rhe weekend. Stephen at reception, what an amazing soul and a gentle spirit. I was late to join the wedding party and he ensured that the checking i process was swift and to the point, Shepard, Hadaja were amazing too. The team manager Esther ensured that the whole team I came with experienced the best parts of the hotel. What an amazing person.and thank you for going above and beyond by organising the party and balloons for the bride.... What an amazing team you have at Skyz... ohhh and to save the best for last, Abel the room cleaner... thank you for your entertaining views on football and the Olympics, Abel will never know how at ease he made me feel as this was my first time in Uganda. The hotel was emmaculate, worthy of 5 stars... the views in the evening and entertainment during the day... wow, THE FOOD, THE FOOD THE FOOD!!!!! Everything was just on point, i am already looking for new dates. Keep it up team.. SKYZ 2025 LOADING
