The hotel location is really good. It’s located right in front of the southern train station. And there is a tram as well. It’s convenient to go to the CBD. The receptionist was so kind and the room was good enough to stay for a couple.

The location is great, right next to the Southern Cross station, which is convenient to almost everywhere. However, it brings the noise problem. My room is at the first floor, so I can clearly hear the trams….

Great location, close to southern cross station,just 2 min walking distance. Is very convenient for those who need to go to Airport at early morning 4am without traffic. Room is clean,was a good stay

性價比很高的酒店，如果是短期3-4天的旅行這個地理位置很適合。房間很大，大床房大概15平左右，熱水ok，淋浴頭ok。如果是坐skybus來的朋友，station出來走路3分鐘直達，附近吃得很多。離Southern cross station近，melb的lightrail就在門口。早飯雖然不是免費的，但提前預訂有10%discount，35塊的套餐有main dishes+果汁+一個甜點，感覺很划算（主要是真的還蠻好吃的）。總體評價還不錯（除了早上10點退房有點那個）

房間很一般。服務態度太一般了。設施不怎麼樣。唯一的好處是地段在商業區，出行比較方便。不遠處有2個超市。

非常好，酒店離南十字星車站非常近，房間也不錯，有微波爐，酒店一樓有個小餐吧，咖啡和氣泡水免費供應，而且咖啡居然是現磨的，味道不錯哦

We chose this hotel because of the location but we were also impressed by the helpful staff and the coffee room with the reading matter freely available. We will stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

The apartment was great. No issues with accommodation. The car park was difficult to get in and out of, especially with a bigger car. Times of carpark access weren't explained properly at check in so it took us a day to find the interior door.

Had a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful.I needed to check in just after 0700 so booked to stay the night before. My room was ready when I got to the hotel with no issues and was so quiet I could get a couple hours daytime sleep. It’s an older property which is the only reason I rated it 4 for property condition. Excellent location for transport and getting groceries as needed. Id definitely stay again.
