Staff not friendly and no free parking.breakfast is not available.hotel is not clean and aircon is quite old not working well.

Room was very old, needs a face lift. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. You can feel all the springs. The beds were decent. The kitchenette and washer were a big plus. But I wish they would have provided laundry detergent.

It’s near city centre, only takes around 15 minutes walk. Quite convenient and comfortable. Suitable for couple or friends

It was a great experience staying at Sakura sands. The location is good as you can walk about 5 mintutes to Hommachi station which is two station away from Dotonbori, so we could go shopping there almost every day. The staff’s English is communicable, but one of them is very fluent in Chinese. I will definitely book here again if I have a chance to visit Osaka again. Good service. Great price.
