Ulasan Aloft Osaka Dojima

Secara keseluruhan sangat bagus, tetapi menurut saya lokasi Namba cocok untuk wisatawan. Namun, jika Anda ingin menghindari wisatawan dan lebih suka tempat yang agak tenang, maka ini adalah pilihan yang tepat. Selain lokasi, saya sangat puas dengan masa inap ini.

Aloft Osaka Dojima menawarkan pengalaman modern dan semarak di jantung kota Osaka. Hotel ini memiliki kamar-kamar ber***a kontemporer dengan perabotan yang nyaman dan fasilitas yang ramah teknologi seperti speaker Bluetooth dan Wi-Fi berkecepatan tinggi. Para tamu menghargai staf yang ramah dan membantu, serta lokasi yang strategis di dekat pilihan transportasi dan tempat makan. Hotel ini juga memiliki bar dan area lounge yang trendi, menjadikannya tempat yang tepat untuk bersosialisasi. Meskipun pilihan sarapan dapat diperluas, secara keseluruhan, Aloft Osaka Dojima adalah pilihan yang fantastis bagi pelancong bisnis dan rekreasi yang mencari suasana yang segar dan bersemangat di kota ini.

Saya memesan loteng deluxe dengan tempat tidur sofa dan saya memesannya untuk 3 orang. Saya menelepon hotel terlebih dahulu menanyakan apakah ada tempat tidur sofa dan mereka mengonfirmasi ya. Setelah check-in, saya perhatikan bahwa yang disebut tempat tidur sofa hanyalah sebuah sofa kecil yang cukup untuk anak kecil. Anak perempuan saya berumur 11 tahun jadi dia harus membungkukkan badannya untuk tidur. Yang lebih mengejutkan lagi adalah mereka tidak menyediakan sprei, bantal atau bahkan selimut untuk sofa bed. Kami harus menggunakan handuk mandi sebagai sprei dan meminta selimut. Mereka akhirnya memberi kami satu tanpa penutup. Mereka berkata, “maaf, hanya itu yang kami punya saat ini.” Saya sangat kesal dengan seluruh pengalaman itu dan saya membatalkan menginap malam kedua saya….

Lokasi hotel agak jauh dari stasiun Osaka jika berjalan kaki (sekitar 15-20 menit berjalan kaki). Hotel ini terhubung dengan jalan bawah tanah antara hotel dan stasiun, yang membuat perjalanan menjadi lebih mudah. Letaknya di kawasan komersial dan menurut saya kurang cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga. Sarapannya enak tapi tidak ada perubahan pada makanan selama 5 pagi saya :) Pada saat kedatangan saya, mereka cukup meniru dengan mengizinkan kami check-in lebih awal, namun ketika kami memasuki kamar, kamar belum siap, meninggalkan status yang sama seperti tamu sebelumnya yang check-out. Meskipun mereka menawarkan kamar lain untuk dipindahkan sementara sampai kamar siap, kami memutuskan untuk nongkrong dan kembali lagi nanti. Staf sangat baik dan bermanfaat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap saya bagus.

Ketika saya minum minuman beralkohol di sekitar hotel, saya biasanya menginap di hotel ini. Hotel ini sedikit suram, tetapi lampu bercahaya berwarna viviv dipasang di mana-mana. Setiap lantai memiliki warna pintu tersendiri, misalnya biru atau kuning. Jadi perubahan itu mengurangi saya dalam kebiasaan. Terima kasih banyak.

A hip hotel brand under the management of Marriott Bonvoy Group. The reception team led by Roberto was helpful. Being a small hotel, they don’t provide swimming pool and they cannot offer any flexible upgrade of rooms and provide further free breakfast like the other brands in the other cities or countries. We felt that Osaka or Japan has bee a bit straight. Having said that, it was a pleasant one night experience.

A 12 minute walk to Osaka station, which made it convenient to get trains to other cities. The reception staff were kind and provided additional amenities on request, and helped to print our boarding passes for free. Room was spacious for standards in Japan. Unfortunately the bathroom was not well designed for those not travelling as a couple though. It was not sectioned off from the rest of the hotel room, and there were only hooks for towels and clothes outside the shower, meaning you needed to step outside the shower, into the space of the room itself, to dry off and put clothes on. Other than that our stay was comfortable enough.

The Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly while the hotel was nice.

Aloft hotel is so vibrant and modern. The bed and the room were so comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed it. Plus point they have gym in house as well.

Hotel is quite new. Location is not too close nor too far from train station, about 15 mins walk from Osaka station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is slightly expensive, but understandable given it is located near umeda area. Overall it is not bad

Room was spacious. It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure.

Great hotel and good location! Helpful and friendly staff! We stayed at the suite for 5 nights and the room was new and spacious. Walkable distances to shopping malls. Would definitely recommend to our friends!

Love the vibe, great hotel and value for money. The gym is good, the room are fairly large and well arranged. The bar downstairs and the pool table were great
