Have been choosing here every time for my work trip since last few years. Definitely recommended.

A good place to stay in the old town area where all the street arts are near! Hotel staff are nice and helpful. They are at the front desk most of the time. The room is not spacious but not too bad. They have elevator which is convenient.

Great position, well security, easy to find food and transfer between different sceneries. Some black bugs on the bed. Water is not hot enough. Large vibration noise at late night from nearby. But very quiet in the morning.

This hotel forced me to pay the Malaysian Tourist Tax Twice for this room: even though I showed clear evidence from my Trip.com booking that I had already paid, they said that I should have booked through Agoda or *********** instead, and refused to check me in until I handed over the extra cash to cover this. The receptionist and Manager were both extremely uninterested in helping me resolve this double payment and told me it was my problem, so ring trip.com for a tourist tax refund. And of course, Trip.com won’t let you talk to a human and their automated system is not set up to handle partial refunds. The hotel said this always happens with trip.com. Soured our whole experience of this hotel - strongly recommend not to stay unless you like getting ripped off.

โรงแรมโอเคร ใกล้กับห้าง komta ใกล้ท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่..ใครจะพักโรงแรมนี้ ต้องระหว่างคนทำความสะอาดห้องพัก เราออกไปหาอะไรกินข้างนอก คนทำความสะอาดมาทำความสะอาดห้อง ทั้งๆทีเราไม่บอกให้มาทำ เขาเข้ามาทำโดยไม่แจ้งใคร..รู้ไหมว่าหูฟ้งของเราหาย เราจำได้ว่าเราตั้งบนโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งเรา หาย ใครๆจะมาเช่าห้องพักที่นี่ เราขอเตือนของสำคัญอย่าเก็บไว้ในห้องเป็นอันขาดน่ะค่ะ

ジョージタウン内にあり観光には適しているがコンビニは近くに無いがローカル商店みたいなのが近くにあります

바닷가와 가까운 위치로 걸어서 쇼핑센터 와 항구 여행가능합니다 호텔의 시설은 깔끔하지만 방음이 잘 안되고 크기가 작다는 단점이 있습니다 주변호텔에 비해서 가격이 저렴하기때문에 친구끼리의 여행이라면 추천합니다

房間算是我此次行程中，最滿意的。雖小，但設計合理。有窗。衞生好像是三天打掃一次。 前台的服務員（白班）微笑服務，也很客氣。

無窗沒有任何通風，睡覺昏昏沉沉的

I don't understand this hotel's high rating. I had a room with a window facing the street --and the music club across the street. Sleep was impossible until 3:30 or so in the morning as the music and the revelers were very loud. I complained the next day, but the front desk staff just apologized but said there was nothing he could do. I had paid for 3 days but left after one. Not the kind of vacation I was looking for. Perhaps if you get a windowless room away from the street, you'll have a better experience. I, however, won't be returning.
