As a hotel, this is a bit disappointing. Only a thin blanket is provided. It is not a quilt. And we were told the air-conditioning is cold. We turned it off and the room was still freezing. We could hear the water sound from next door clearly. I think it’s water pipes issue or the sound proof was really bad. We had a really bad sleep with these amenities. If you plan stay here, suggest you bring your own amenities and ear plugs.

Truly great place to stay. Amazing, helpful and professional staff, excellent location and beautiful rooms and pool. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to visit Cairns.

We had a great anniversary trip here, a great deal on the Ocean View room. The tide was very low however and not much water can be seen. One of the further hotels from the main esplanade but a great walk! Lovely service

Booked hotel for one night because the hotel I had been in was not good. Very nice room, plenty of space and good view of the ocean. Comfortable bed so really pleased with my stay and wish I’d come here earlier in my stay.

Friendly staff, good view,nice swimming pool. 15mins walk to lagoon and night market. Facilities quite old.

We used this hotel twice first time was a one-night stopover, then on our return. We stayed two nights, and both times we could not fault anything.

Service was great . Was able to check in early. Extra towels for what was a great pool were available. Great range of meals available for room service as well in the restaurant. Happy hour good value.

View from the room looks really good. It is 1km walking distance to everything including bars restaurants ferry supermarket and public swimming pools. 1 dollar day pass bus is available and there is a stop behind the hotel. But if you do not want to walk for hundreds meters or 1km, the location is not good for you.

Location is perfect as it’s on the Cairns Esplanade.Bars and eating places are accessible and within reach.Watch the beautiful sunrise through the coconut palm trees so lovely. Front desk staff very friendly.Would love to go back back there.
