房間十分寬敞，舒適，我訂的是景觀房，有無敵市景。餐廳十分舒適，服務熱情貼心，在外面吃早餐是賞心樂事。房間服務員給我們特別用毛巾做了個大象。

The staff at the Marriott are the best! Everyone at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful, the team who prepare the meals in the dining room and for room service are truly experts whipping up excelling meals, and of course there is no better housekeeping crew--the rooms were perfect! The team who works here truly made our vacation wonderful. We were so happy to stay here and can't wait to be in Rwanda again so we can return.

This is an immaculate property with very attentive staff. The food options, whether breakfast buffet, room service or restaurant were all varied, and delicious. The decor and lighting were eye catching and the high lobby ceiling overlooking the dining below and outside areas were exquisitely executed. Fantastic property.

Phenomenal hotel in Kigali. Staff was excellent. I LOVED the breakfast and bedroom was comfortable and clean. Finally, the sauna, steam room, and spa overall were everything I needed after a long flight. Thank you so much! -From the USA.

Marriott in Kigali is a great place to stay. It was in a great location and walkable to many areas. The service and staff are very accommodating.

I find it ironic that I am being asked for a review given that the hotel canceled the reservation a few hours before we were due to arrive because they were over booked. Our reservation had been made four months ago.

Very nice accommodation, the staff was very nice. I did have an issue with my flight coming in late, and had to notify the hotel. Accommodations refused to speak to me as I was told that an agent from ******* had to speak to them. All agents from ******* couldn’t make the call out to the hotel in Rwanda. I had to three-way the agent and the hotel. I ended up having to pay for the two nights, regardless of letting them know in advance.
