"I thought our stay here was perfectly fine. Our room had a living room and walk-out patio on the first floor, the AC and hot water worked fine. Our group had dinner at the hotel one night and the meals seemed satisfactory in general, certainly no worse than the restaurants we visited nearby. I went to the bar a few times and the service was always fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate. The neighborhood is nice, although walkability depends on your ability to handle steep hills. "

The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Eagle view to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in the perfect location, being in downtown Kigali. Perhaps the highlight of the hotel is the breakfast. We really enjoyed the African tea, eggs made the way that we wanted it, and the overall breakfast spread. The staff was really friendly. The only downside was the air conditioners weren’t as effective as we thought they could be. But I’d still give them five stars because they provided us with a fan to keep our room cool."

"We stayed at Yambi Guesthouse during our time in Kigali and felt immediately at home. We were three people: a couple and a 16-year-old Guy, and it was the perfect place to start a trip through Rwanda. The guesthouse is calm, welcoming and very well located. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shared spaces have a relaxed, friendly vibe. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. On a personal note, it was a real joy to reconnect with Patrick, whom I had met ten years ago in a hostel in Lithuania. What a surprise to meet again in Rwanda, and to see how far his project has come. Warm atmosphere, great people, and a true sense of hospitality. Highly recommended."
