Ulasan Hotel Nikko Guam

We called the front desk if we can barrow a bottle opener and she said they will deliver it into our room. Maybe the delivery guy so busy and forget our request. But we will still choose HNG ..

Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko. The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the view from the hotel was truly stunning. The beach nearby was peaceful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. Although some say the hotel is far from the city center, I personally found it quite convenient and appreciated the quiet surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

Pungent smell of humidity in the room… Apart from that, no complaints.

Beautiful hotel, good location. Good amenities. Needs updated TVs and plugs should have USB by now to charge your phonea.

American price at the standard of South East Asian/Pacific standard of hygiene and service.

Even I asked housekeeping service for two times, the cleaning lady told me that she has to leave in 30mins and another lady will come to clean at 5pm.. but no one came (when I asked room cleaning it was 3:30pm and front desk told me they can provide a service between 10am-5pm) On the phone, the front desk button isn’t working so I have to call to another place to get them. sucks bugs are everywhere (literally!!) This hotel was the worst hotel ever i gone!!

日航酒店，老品牌，老字號。有一定的品牌品質，只是疫情加上通膨成本大增，很難維持ㄧ定的品質是可以理解的，再強調一下，日航是有品質保證的。酒店的位置真的好，看著蔚藍的大海，熱帶的島嶼，椰子樹加上美麗的夕陽，肯定還是會謝謝 日航帶給我和家人美麗的回憶。

先説優點：位置很好 每個房間都有陽枱面對大海，關上門窗很安靜，設施配套齊全，前台和客房服務也無可挑剔，酒店裡的日料店和桃李中餐廳環境口味都不錯，酒店客人有15%的折扣。 再説缺點：房間內設施略顯陳舊，但維護的還好。最讓人難以接受的是必須一定下午3點以後入住，對於凌晨或早晨到達的 要付費提前入住 哪怕是提前一兩個小時也要付費，這一點真的很不人性化（天氣太熱而且下了飛機也沒洗漱換衣服）希望能有所改善！ 順便誇一下攜程客服，考慮到我們坐了一夜飛機很辛苦 一直在積極聯繫酒店，想讓我們提前入住，雖然協商未果，但還是很感謝她們的努力溝通🙏

호텔이 건비치(Gun beach) 옆에 바닷가와 인접해 있어 물놀이 및 호텔내 수영시설을 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 객실 또한 청결하고 좋았습니다.
