Saya ingin memperingatkan semua orang yang mengira bahwa "The Beach Front Hotel" adalah hotel di tepi pantai. Terlepas dari namanya, mereka tidak memiliki pantai, Anda tidak bisa berenang di sana, tempat ini dekat dengan kawasan industri. Namanya hoax. Lokasi sangat buruk, tidak ada apa-apa di sekitar. Tapi itu bukan yang terburuk. Sepertinya kamarnya lumayan, bangunannya baru. Tetapi jika Anda tidak ingin tidur dengan kutu busuk, maka Anda sebaiknya tidak pergi ke hotel ini. Saya segera check-out dari tempat itu ketika saya melihatnya di seprai. Sikap staf adalah cerita lain. Pertama ada dapurnya, tapi peralatan dapurnya tidak ada, perlu disuruh bawa. Dan jika Anda terbiasa mengeringkan rambut dengan pengering rambut di kamar mandi di depan cermin, lupakan saja di hotel ini. Kamar mandi memiliki tegangan rendah di sana. Manajer hotel ini menyarankan saya untuk membeli cermin portabel di toko dan mengeringkan rambut saya di kamar.

Staf hotel sangat mengagumkan dan sangat sopan. Anda juga tidak bisa mengeluh tentang peralatannya! Tempat tidurnya sangat besar dan nyaman. Sayangnya, hotel ini berada di jalan utama yang besar, jadi tidak begitu menyenangkan untuk keluar dari pintu. Namun, antar-jemput gratis ditawarkan ke pantai.

Nice and clean place to stay although the beach is not for swimming. I like the beach bar though. The room is full of facility so you can enjoy even you dont like going out.

Hotel is located on Rawai beach, however, you cannot swim or get into the water there. The sea view wasn’t entirely what it appears to be. Cleanliness was considerably lacking. Pool was cloudy in color. Ordered afternoon tea and there were cockroaches coming out of the tray. Daily housekeeping was minimal, they made your bed but didn’t actually clean/sweep/mop. Our door lock stopped working during our stay, it took 2 days and multiple requests to finally get it fixed. Staff was wanting to be helpful but didn’t appear genuine.

I had concerns regarding privacy and security, and uncomfortable to stay. The location is good, just poor coordination between reception and restaurant. Some services is good as standard but some privacy and security are poor. Bed sheet had musty smell.

It’s a real nice place to stay, modern and very clean, the only problem maybe is the beach that is very small but other beaches are close so no problem with that

The best beachfront property with easy access to the beach, an indoor delicious buffet style breakfast with delicious menu options that change daily, a beachfront restaurant with outdoor dining and a large menu with both Thai and foreign food options, everything is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The first floor rooms have direct pool access and you can cool off by walking out on your balcony and going directly into the pool. The best place to stay.

Perfect get away for couples, families, or friends. Right next to the beach (although no swimming), with first floor rooms connected to one of the pools. Hotel restaurant had a decent menu and there are other food options nearby. I loved room service but sitting down at the beach bar was also nice. Service was very friendly and expedient, I would definitely stay there again.

The place is dirty, my wife and baby got skin allergy due to the dirtiness of the bed and blankets! However, the staff is nice and helpful!

The hotel met my expectations - clean, nice location. Liked my room with a direct pool access.

The most stand-out thing about this hotel was the pool - it was gorgeous and stretched out across the entire hotel. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. All the basics were covered. The glass doors that separated the bedroom from the living room was pretty but when opened, left a ridge on the floor that when accidentally stepping on it, I can only compare to the pain of stepping on LEGOs. The location was okay but didn't have much to it within walking distance. I've never had to leave a (1,000 baht) deposit at the front desk before which I didn't love but understood. Also, it's called the Beachfront Hotel but the beach was a bit disappointing and we weren't allowed to go into the water due to occasional high tides - I suppose the pool made up for that. Staff were friendly and helpful though when we asked for water bottles to be delivered to our room they would forget. Overall a nice stay.
