Ulasan Lume Boutique Hotel, Autograph Collection

Well the room is quite good, nicely designed and everything is comfortable. There is a REWE GO next door, which is convenient when need supplier like water, snack foods and etc,. Breakfast is good and the restaurant manager is very helpful and cheerful, I had good time there. However the service from receptionist, can’t say it’s bad. But you don’t feel of being welcomed.. that’s a bit sorry.

The hotel occupied two old mansions and is located near the railway station, which is convenient but not the greatest neighbourhood if you are a tourist. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with quality materials throughout (oak hardwood floor, marble in the bathroom etc). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding of very high quality. The room was very quiet and I could open the window. The best part was the breakfast buffet, which was a level above what you normally see in quality and variety. There is also an à la carte menu from which you can order at no extra charge. Overall I had a fantastic experience and warmly recommend this hotel.

좋은 위치, 엔틱한 인테리어, 친절한 서비스가 좋았습니다. 조식 뷔페 메뉴도 괜찮았고, 오믈렛, 팬케이크 등 오더 주문도 가능해서 다양한 식사가 가능했습니다. 지하에는 라운지 클럽이 있어서 색다른 분위기를 느낄 수 있었고, 음악이나 분위기도 좋았습니다. 다만 문은 자동 잠금이 되지 않아 별 하나 뺐습니다.

地理位置優越 ，交通便利

位置靠近商業中心，但去景點也不遠，走200米就到河堤散步區。房間小巧精緻，施施齊全，不過原來歐洲酒店都不附牙膏牙刷。服務態度尚好。

空調噪音特別大無法睡覺，還關不了

蠻不錯的，洗浴用品都是Lalique或者潘海利根，房間裏的東西都很好用，我們被種草了好多，還找酒店問能不能購買。

酒店職員態度傲慢，早午晚都不會跟你打招呼，廁所頂窗沒有遮擋，如廁冲涼對面大廈一目了然。
