Our overall experience of the hotel was very good. Staff is well trained, helpful and polite.

Quiet and very pleasant hotel☺️ Big rooms, beautiful area, very friendly staff . At first we were afraid that the hotel was located in the north of the island and it would be inconvenient. But NO! Amidst the bustling streets with music and horses, this hotel was just a miracle. Really an oasis.

Honestly such a great spot on the island it’s a 10 minute ride into the centre and 10 mins to the sunset beach. explore the island or lounge around the pool. decent food and drinks menu all made fresh which was nice, will be back for sure!!

Excellent value for money. Location away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel offers bicycles for rent (50k per day). Delicious breakfasts are included in the price.

Clean, neat, friendly staff, good breakfasts, but soundproofing is a problem. You can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors.

This is such a comfortable hotel! It’s also very convenient. It's a 7 minute bike ride from the hotel to the nightlife. The hotel is just 150 meters away from the quiet beach. Our room was very comfortable and the service from the staff was great. The Australian boss is very welcoming, and the prices at the swimming pool bar are cheaper than outside. Breakfast is cheap and delicious.

Loved my stay here! We had the best time, its a basic place to stay but pretty and has everything you need and feels very safe. The pools were both a good size although was scared to get hair wet as they told us it would then blonde hair green but was grateful for the warning! Pool bar was good with great staff, and the restaurant offered nice food at a good price. Bikes were free to use to get around the island. Room was basic but fine, with aircon and good size bathroom. Hair dryer was available on request, has wifi, hammocks were a cute touch oit front of room. Beautiful island and a lovely stay! Would reccomend and stay again. Also enjoyed seeing resident cat pickles chilling about :)

We stayed in a Bungalow at Trawangan Oasis as part of a TruTravels tour. It is a lovely place with two pools which are cleaned throughout the day by staff. The food and drink options are great and we had breakfast each day which was also fab. Staff were on hand to help if there were any problems. The hotel and room were clean. There were not many sunbeds which we found this to be a problem when most of the tour group plus other guests were by the pool but generally I think most people are exploring for the day. Some sunbeds were broken and could not be used. I felt uneasy that keys were advised to be left in an open box on the front desk which I found sometimes was unmonitored. I understand crime is uncommon in Gili T but you are trusting other guests not to take your key. Lastly the hotel is quite far from bars/shop. There are bikes which is great but the paths are mostly unlit and it can be daunting at night. All round we had a good stay here.

Could not recommend this hotel enough, very spacious rooms with good a/c, the swimming pools were large and plenty of sun lounging space for everyone. The staff were super attentiv, friendly and speedy. Bikes were provided for a cheap rental price to go around Gili T. Sufficient breakfast included. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful place, very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast included and access to new bikes. Cold water refill machines and air con. Love this little place. Location is about a 15min bike ride from the strip. Would definitely recommend
