非常差，不建議入住，臟亂差，不知道攜程怎麼給推薦的這破酒店

This was an AMAZING place to stay with unbelievable views. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, as was the coffee. The spa services were FABULOUS and paddle boarding in Lake Lucerne was unforgettable. There is a lounging area with small whirlpool, sauna, and comfortable chairs to relax in the sun. The area had good restaurants and coffee spots, however we traveled about 15-20 mins for meals because there weren't too many options nearby. We did the Rigi cable car up the mountain which was great, but a bit pricey. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 5th time staying here as it’s one of the best and certainly most beautiful Hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Be sure to arrive via the boat transfer from Luzern station to get the full experience. Then eat all the food, drink all the drinks, swim in the lake, sweat in the sauna and relax

Beautiful hotel. View from the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was exellent. Clean and fresh hotel. Good service. Hot tube outside without shower was not nice. Hotel guests went straight to the tube without shower. Restaurant in the garden was lovely place but food was not.

If you are dreaming of a beautiful weekend, I advise you to come here , I am very happy to spend a wonderful time with my wife in this wonderful place, the view of the lake is beautiful , the whole team is beautiful and everyone smiles and provides the best service , the manager ( Raphael ) is wonderful and has a positive vibes , great food and if you are a vegan like us, you will not regret the dishes, the cleaning team is wonderful and nice, thank you very much . Not much to write. Absolutely perfect gateway. Very nice rooms, fantastic food, superb staff! Absolutely love it! Definitely one of the best hotels in Switzerland!! Interior, style, settings, no faults at all. Hands on director and deputy director.

We, a delegation of Pharma executives, stayed at the hotel for meetings. We can absolutely recommend this hotel to any company looking for a place away from the office to hold meetings. The facilities are modern and every effort is made by its staff to meet the needs and wishes of the 'customer'. A special 'thumbs up' for the kitchen staff. Seldom had such good food at a hotel in Switzerland.

Beautiful Hotel on the Lake of Lucerne, the location is perfect, you can pick up the boat just 2 min. away from the hotel to go to the city center of Lucerne. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Stuff were really nice and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel and it was amazing food! The spa and outdoor sauna just fab! We took the tram to go to mount Rigi which is located just 15 min away and was the best decision ever, it’s like another world so beautiful. I will defently go back with more friends.

My husband and I, and another couple each secured a balcony room overlooking Lake Lucerne. We couldn’t tear ourselves away from the gorgeous view and sunsets. Don’t worry however if you don’t get a balcony view as all the restaurants, hotel and grounds offer spectacular views of the lake and sunsets. The landscaping is fairytale spectacular, lots of photo ops. Our rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. We must provide a shout out to Karen, a member of the waitstaff who is clearly intent on providing a five-star friendly experience to customers. The front desk staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We were so happy the spa offered hours into the evening. The sauna and steam room were fantastic after a long day walking in downtown Lucerne and very much appreciated on a rainy afternoon. We LOVED the Gondola sauna right off the lake. After a good sweat, we took four steps right into the icy cold lake. There are so many private nooks and crannies along the water’s edge, you wouldn’t know anyone else is at the hotel. The location is about a 45-minute drive away from Lucerne and that was just fine by us, I wouldn’t want to visit Lucerne more than a day or two. Lucerne was great to visit, and definitely a good choice for dinners, as the restaurant at Hotel Vitznauhof is very pricey and well, the quality is just not worth it. Hopefully, the formal dining room and the lakefront Panorama Terrace menus will expand and offer more reasonable, quality, and diverse fare. However, the breakfast is fantastic, great selections including smoked trout and salmon, and complimentary Prosecco. Overall, we feel as if everything this hotel has to offer makes the stay reasonably priced. Thanks for the best memories, and hoping to return.
