location is good for food and find place to eat hotel itself too old, not really clean and facilities too old as well will not consider to stay there again by next trip

It's good for the president. The location is very good. It's right next to Japan Street and it's very convenient to walk there.

The location is very close to downtown Liberdade. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

I forgot to put shampoo, shower gel and soap. The shower room has a curtain and the water flooded the bathroom after taking a shower, which was terrible. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am. The front desk manager insisted that I had to check in at 2:00 pm because there were no rooms available. We showed him that we were actually flying to another city at 6:00 PM that day, and we had booked an extra hotel room for a few hours to rest. He immediately got excited and had a room for us in a few minutes...but asked us to check out when we left in the afternoon, meaning they could still sell the room for that night. We actually booked a room for the next day and normally we could have extended our stay, but he couldn't. Since we were not going to have breakfast the next morning, we wanted to have breakfast the next day at 9:00 am on the day of check-in, but we were firmly refused. We each paid 45 Brazilian currency and had breakfast for more than ten minutes. On the last day of departure, I wanted to extend my check-out time to 2:00 p.m., but was refused again and was told that I had to check out at 12:00 p.m. I asked the manager how much late check-out would cost, and he quoted a price for late check-out until 6:00 pm, for 157 Brazilian reales, which was the price for Ctrip's room rate for that day including breakfast. Very sad stay, bad attitude is the main reason.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Japan/Liberdade station, on a well-lit and quiet street. The staff is very friendly, attentive, courteous and very polite. The breakfast is normal, but as a hotel in the area, it offers Gohan, miso soup and green tea in the morning. The hotel restaurant is VERY good! It's worth eating there. They have a self-service system for lunch and a la carte for dinner. I would stay here again for these reasons. I just think they could improve the cleaning of the room.
