Okay, so it’s more like serviced apartments rather than an actual hotel. So don’t really expect a 5 star hotel feel. The restaurant Shimmer which is located on the hotel premises is amazing! We had dinners there even when we moved to a different hotel. It also has a nice quiet beach, which you can access directly from the hotel. The only downside of our stay was a gigantic cockroach we found in our living room, it was huge and disgusting. We killed it, but obviously there must be more of them living in the room /hotel. I’ve read it in the other reviews as well, so I think the management has to take measures to get rid of them, especially in the rooms!!

Kamala beach is a good beach if you want to stay on the beach resort. There are also 2 swimming pools. Once face the sea and another one just door step from our room. The distant to Patong beach is 20 minutes away, we rented a car so is not a problem for us. The breakfast is Ala cart so the choice is limited the food is pretty quality. It was our anniversary and they have prepared a brut on our room. Very sweet of them. The room is comfortable and overall a good stay for us!

Отель просто замечательный! Все чистое, новое, красивое! Персонал заботливый, без проблем дали 2 часа комплиментарно на выезд. Единственное, пляж из за водорослей, был не совсем чистый. Но это не сильно портит настроение.

設施：酒店室內設施比較陳舊，和攜程提供圖片相去甚遠，而且地理位置真的不方便，去哪裡都很遠，在酒店躺平餐廳又不好吃。 衞生：衞生我真的要好好説説，第一天做室內清潔的時候我在房間裏，垃圾桶是沒有套塑料袋那種的，客房服務員倒完垃圾，直接用這個垃圾桶把牙刷等備品裝進去拿進來了！！！我真是吃了個大驚！！！後來又有一天，把床頭掉在地上的浴巾直接給我放在床上了。。。雖然疊過，但是地上的。。。 環境：酒店比較小，沒什麼親子設施，地理位置又比較偏僻，約車也沒那麼方便，尤其晚上。餐廳不好吃，想躺平度假沒什麼好吃的，第一天去了對面洲際的餐廳吃，也挺難吃的。 服務：服務算是唯一可以不吐槽的了

酒店環境設施現代高級的性冷淡風，細節十分出彩，房間分區明確，但略小，泳池清亮透明，人少清亮。緊挨隔壁洲際，可以去洲際公區玩，吃洲際的米其林餐廳，同價位房間完爆洲際

酒店沒有小賣部……餐廳衹有一個，早飯選擇不算太多，但品質不錯。其他都還行。地理位置不錯，海灘上比較清靜，景色也很美。

非常非常好，去年住過一次，今天再次選擇了這裏。前台還是去年熟悉的服務員，真心對客，幫助解答一切問題和需求，態度極好。明年如果還來普吉的話，還會選擇這裏。
