The lady at the front desk had a friendly smile and greeted me warmly when I entered the door. She also asked me if I wanted a glass of ice water as the weather was hot. That was very nice... The room facilities looked very new, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner was very cool, and it was very clean. I will come again next time!

I stayed in this hotel for the first time on a business trip with my friend. I felt it was okay. My friend and I stayed in one room. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, the lady greeted us. The order message said there was no breakfast, but the lady at the front desk helped me with it very quickly and enthusiastically. I am very grateful to her~ The hotel lobby looks very comfortable. We booked a deluxe king room, but there were cockroaches in the room. The front desk only sent someone to catch them. We asked to change rooms, but the front desk said we could only change to a standard room, and the price difference would not be refunded. We questioned the front desk about how the hotel kept clean and there were cockroaches. The front desk was very angry and said I was making a fuss. Finally, I said I would complain and they changed me to a deluxe standard room. Obviously, there were rooms of the same level that could be changed, but the front desk deliberately refused to change me. It was really infuriating. If it wasn't for the business trip and it was inconvenient to change hotels, I would definitely not stay in this hotel again.
