Muy buen hotel por limpieza y servicio. El desayuno sabroso y el tema de la seguridad impecable.

Nadie me dijo cómo registrarme, el ascensor no pudo detectar la tarjeta de acceso y no hubo orientación. No puedo encontrar a nadie para ayudar. El ambiente y las instalaciones son buenas, pero no son una buena experiencia. 没人告诉我应该如何办理入住，电梯无法感应到门卡，也没有指引。我找不到人帮助。环境和设施都不错，就是这些没得到良好体验。

設施不行，特別是浴缸，用水無法快速進下水道；性價比較低，酒店比較老舊，但價格不夠平民；早餐用具有一些灰塵和污漬。

The staff and service at this hotel was absolutely great! They were always so friendly and professional catering to our every need. The breakfast buffet was delicious too! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Salvador.

Great hotel in a very nice area of San Salvador, good food options, nice pool, comfortable beds, etc. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself back in San Salvador.

The property is elegant and well maintained. Some of the room furnishings might be showing their age but property and bedrooms are nicely sized and clean. The bed ware is premium and mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is abundant with many choices and even a pupusa station. The food offering in the premium lounge is varied throughout the day and tasty. But above all what will make me return is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I’d like to give a special mention to a gentleman in the breakfast area - Rigoberto - very kind and even anticipated the needs of the guests.

Great place to stay friendly staff, with personal attention. Pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Great bed I had a very good sleep. Delicious breakfast

My stay was exceptional. Every staff member when out of their way to make my family and I were enjoying our stay.

If you ever in San Salvador, you should stay here. As ******* customer, I got free water, coke, beer and 2 cocktails in its Strike sport bar. The area is walkable to two shopping centers, and tons of restaurants. 5 mins uber/taxi to MaxPlaza, a huge shopping mall. Even though the building is kind of dated, but the up keep still good and classy. Staffs are excellent. Lot of amenity available.

The hotel was clean and the employees efficient (some are not the friendliest but they get the job done). Check out time is 1PM which is great!

The service I got from Barcelo this time exceeded my expectations as a gold member they treated me excellent.
