Staffs were all okay and easy to talk to, very polite in handling their guest, hotel is so clean very accommodating definitely i will come back

This is the first time I stayed in a TST hotel! Location is a huge challenge! Not only is it not close to any MTR station; you’ve to climb uphill to reach the hotel! Definitely not for the weak and old! Room is a bit dated and due for a major overhaul! Won’t come back again!

At half mountain . Surrounding a lot pub and restaurant quite good . Hotel is ok.

The hotel is on the hill, I get up grade on 22nd floor with a view of sea and Hong Kong side far away. Nice to stay, room is good with red wood furniture, not modern style. All is fine for me.

Excellent location. Great service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be excellent if there are hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Steep hill Climb for hotel. Can use mira place lift to reach if want to avoid climb. Old hotel. Clean.

Pros: Good janitor service, good location and competitive price. Cons: the hotel is closed to a deep slope. Unless you’re familiar with the nearby streets and shopping malls, otherwise it’s better to take taxi when carrying luggages.

Perfect place and good location. The elevator was out for a couple of hours, and the front desk guy was amazing about it. He personally had food made up and delivered to me for the inconvenience. 10/10 will stay again.

The staff was so loud from 8 am they was speaking so loud outside my door when they cleaning room next to me for one hour ! Pls teach your staff respect other guests.

Great location, a bit hidden - however easy to get to everywhere you need. Got a free upgrade, so the room was very specious and comfy. However the AC/Ventilation sounded very much and wasn't possible to turn off.

Got upgraded, room is nice and spacious, quality room with the price they charge. Would definitely return in the future.

Good value for money, the room is very big and spacious with a nice view on both sides. It was a very cold day, and the room is freezing cold even after switch off the air conditioning.
