Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Beijing Yunhe Business District

Hotel ini sangat ramah keluarga, dan sungguh-sungguh berupaya memastikan keselamatan dan kenyamanan anak-anak dan balita. Misalnya, kamar memiliki tepi meja yang bundar, bukan yang tajam, dan mereka menyediakan fasilitas yang bermanfaat seperti sandal dan sikat gigi anak-anak. Staf bahkan membagikan mainan, dan ada orang-orang berkostum Panda yang berjalan di sekitar restoran untuk menyapa anak-anak dan berfoto, yang sangat berarti bagi mereka! Kami juga berterima kasih atas peningkatan tempat tidur dari ukuran queen menjadi ukuran king, karena memberi kami lebih banyak ruang untuk tidur dengan nyaman bersama dua balita. Anak-anak sarapan gratis, dan makanannya luar biasa! Pangsit menjadi menu utama, bersama dengan berbagai pilihan termasuk bacon, berbagai hidangan telur, baozi, bubur, egg tart, kue, roti, nasi, dan salad. Ini hotel baru yang bagus. Transportasi Universal Studios tersedia setiap pagi dan sore. Taksi ke Universal Studios berjarak sekitar 25 menit berkendara. Sarapannya menawarkan banyak pilihan makanan dan beberapa makanan dapat dibuat khusus sesuai permintaan.

The environment, the cleanliness, the crews, the services provided all very well! I have to give a big thanks to one of their member - Summer. She truly did a great job and very kind and friendly. Will visit again when I back to Beijing!

I've chosen this hotel to be close to studio Universal. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Universal park twice in the morning and one in the evening. But it's better to be at bus stop earlier, because many people come not from hotel. Everything is great! Breakfast has a variety of dishes, nice and helpful personnel. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Just one strange thing was related to windows from the room. All are located not to the street, but to the corridor. Nobody cross it, but meanwhile you see the room of your opponent neibour. You should have your certains closed always.

Got an early check-in and a free upgrade, which was a great start to my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d happily stay again.

I came here for work trip and didn’t expect too much. Then surprisingly I experienced extraordinary customer service here: All the staff at reception and room service are kind and polite. They proactively and attentively engage with the guests and try to solve all the problems. Tim at the front desk is extremely helpful and thoughtful! If you come to Tongzhou, I recommend you to stay here! They have good food as well! :)

A clean, comfortable and modern choice from the Hilton family, located in Tongzhou’s emerging business district. The hotel is well suited for business travelers, with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast offerings, free Wi-Fi, and handy amenities including a fitness center and self-service laundry.   What makes this hotel particularly appealing is its excellent access to Universal Studios Beijing. The property offers a shuttle service each morning and afternoon to the resort, and Universal Studios is just a ~25-minute taxi ride away.  Guests consistently praise the location’s convenience for Universal visits.  Staff are noted for being friendly and efficient. Breakfast is generous in variety, serving both Chinese and Western-style dishes.

Great hotel with excellent service

Room is clean and twin bed was quite large to sleep with kids comparing with currently staying hotel. Breakfast service good and selection is enough. Good stay overall

Very good the size and the comfort of the room. Breakfast is also with a large choice of food. Location is nearby a street with several restaurants.

New and extremely clean. It goes without saying the staff are pleasantly amiable
