It's amazing location it's a big room for couples easy to walk everywhere close to city center and restaurants everything it's close to you by walk 10 min or less

The most helpful and kind staff. This is my second time staying here and hopefully not my last. I highly recommend. Location- close to old city, marché, promenade des Anglais, tramway, supermarché; Comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, with it's own affordable parking place. Not far from the train station, from where you can go anywhere on the French Riviera. Recommended.

Nice apartment with kitchenette. Keep the kitchenette clean and dishes washed or you’ll be charged a cleaning fee according to the card on the counter, which I nearly missed. Nice little touches in the room. And lemon water in the lobby. Has a roof top pool. Can walk to most places of interest. But in Nice buying a 24h transport card can save a lot of time, and gets you to the Matisse art museum and Roman ruins at the hilltop. Careful with data roaming in Monaco, it may feel like a part of France, the Nice bus service even gets you there but it isn’t. Check that your telco has an arrangement with a Monaco telco.

Good location. It has all the basic amenities. One issue. In the picture and booking confirmation, we booked a queen size bed which they confirmed. When we reach there to our surprise they gave us two small bed. I informed them and requested for a change. They did not accept. I did not liked it. Be cautious when booking and do not rely on their call centre. They do know what they are speaking. The call centre told me I need to be at the hotel to be able a parking and they do not accept reservation. At the hotel, they told me parking is only on reservation

Studio with its own kitchen. Of the kitchen utensils there are all pots, spoons and mittens, including a corkscrew and a can opener. Of the equipment there is a drip coffee machine, a guard coffee machine with 4 capsules and 4 packets of sugar. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning and linen change. But this was to our advantage. No one disturbed the peace. We stayed for 4 nights. Everything necessary for cleaning the room was there. As far as we understood, this is a type of vacation housing. Cleaning only upon departure. The split system worked properly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave me a ridiculously small room, which included a ridiculously small balcony. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Rooms with balconies on the facade are large, but there is construction on the street and the view is so-so, plus noise. In general, it is unpretentious for a discerning consumer, but very clean. If you leave the kitchen uncleaned - cleaning is 50 euros. You also throw out the garbage yourself - where the laundry is. Washing is 5 euros. Drying is 2 euros.

Decent hotel 3/5, welcoming staff, strong point: proximity to the city center

The room size is OK in Nice, the bathroom is small; The location is good, you can walk to many places, not far from the tram, it is very convenient to go to the airport, and there are many restaurants around. There is currently a road project in front of the hotel, which is quite noisy. People who are sensitive to sound should be cautious. Because it is an apartment, there is basically no service, but the attitude of the front desk is good.

The place is convenient, there are restaurants nearby and the station can be reached in 5 minutes. A professional-grade hair dryer is provided; the cooking stove sometimes overheats and stops, and hot water may not be supplied when used by many people.

Good location near the tram. Old Nice on foot. Currently destruction work opposite is making the rooms on the street side a little noisy (also dust). The whole thing is starting to look a little dilapidated although we can sense an effort in maintenance.

The hotel is well equipped with amenities. It's close to major tourist attractions and close to the beach, so it's good. There was also an Asian mart nearby, so it was convenient. The staff are also kind. It combines the convenience of a hotel and an apartment. Highly recommended.

Modest aparthotel in the center of Nice, a short walk from Place Garibaldi. The rooms have everything you need but no frills. Upon check-in, a deposit of 50 euros is taken (blocked on the card or accepted in cash).
