Great location. You can see the pyramids from the rooftop. Breathtaking sunset and sunrise views. Recommend if you like places with great views.

The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff are all really kind!! If you're in trouble, they'll help you right away! I didn't know where the hotel was, so they came to pick me up at a nearby restaurant! When I tried to give them a tip, they refused, saying they were happy that I came and didn't need one...The staff are really kind, and the rooms are clean! And there's plenty of hot water! If there's one downside, it's that they try to solicit you for hotel tours...

The owner and all the staff are kind. They even introduce cost-effective sightseeing plans. It's very reassuring. Many people speak English, so communication is not a problem. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and I'm very satisfied. The free breakfast is also delicious. You can enjoy an elegant meal on the rooftop terrace while looking at the pyramids. I was very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the owner and staff. I'll come again.

Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in. I think the price was cheap considering you can see the pyramids from the rooftop. The hair dryer and TV didn't work for some reason, but I think it was passable.

The boss and staff are friendly! You can also see the pyramids. I had a great week and came to Alexandria. Everything is a blessing!

The rooms are average and the conditions are average. Don't buy the tourist programs recommended by the hotel, they are very expensive.
