Room was large, reasonably clean, seemed not finished (missing suspended ceiling in room and in bathroom). Sockets did not work. It was not possible to regulate fans in room. Very noisy Indian guests in swimming pool after midnight, very disturbing. No night staff to solve such problems.

Filty rooms No service available Wifi dont work in rooms Intercom not available Parking is not easily accessible though its 200 mtr away from property. Resort owner is not running restaurant Restaurant is closed between 10 PM to 8 AM ***Water bottle is also not provided post 10.30 PM I asked for room temperature milk for my baby at 7.40 AM the boy from restaurant responded that it can be provided oy after 8 AM. Only USP is location of this property. Even if you get a free stay dont stay here. Booked 3 AC rooms, AC was not working in 2 rooms. I guess better service is available in Indian Jail than this resort in same price.

1. Air Conditioners are not maintained properly ...checked 3 rooms and all rooms had this problem... 2. No south Indian breakfast in the Restaurant. Rest all are good..gardens and exteriors and interiors are well maintained ... Overall 3.5 stars

It was a short business stay at this hotel. Pleasant and a comfortable stay. Very courteous staff. The floor was well maintained and taken care by Narayan (House Keeping Executive). Buffet spread was good, rooms are well lit and maintained.

The restaurant people in that place are theif,stealing customer jewels by initiating fight,very poor service and worst place I have stayed.Don’t stay there.they initiate fight wantedly by giving wrong bill.

Got this hotel booked via intermiles.. The listing shows it is on beach.. Yes it is very good location.. but you cant reach.. they have a parking 300 meters away.. hotel is accessible through a bad alley.. very poor housekeeping, amenities, heater.. food was good. Restaurant next door offers hot tandoor food and class.. All have entrance problem..
