The hotel gave me a room directly opposite the elevator. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the Trip.com platform, but the rooms I get are always the worst. There's no kettle and no safe in the room.

The rooms are too dark , a bit old. Sounds can travel next doors . Can hear others close door. Restaurant very nice , price decent, service very good. I enjoy dining there

trip.com said the check in time was 2pm, but the hotel said 2.30pm. trip.com said tax to pay on arrival was 9.75 euro (didn't mention if it is per night), the hotel asked for 19.5 euro for our 2 nights stay. swimming pool opens only between 10am and 7pm. hair dryer was not working. we asked staff at front desk to provide an extra, but he was not helpful and claimed that he was busy!

最值得關注的入住的房間是兩張1.5米大床，很舒服，早餐環境很好，酒店位置優越，有免費停車場，酒店旁邊800米有一個超大的超市，購物方便，可以免費停車3小時。

酒店圖片做了美化，不是假日酒店連鎖品牌，不要上當。安全性及衞生極差！

有浴缸、有蚊、早餐一般.交通算方便.有23,31/32號巴士到而且近酒店.

十分老舊的酒店，早餐一開始感覺不太新鮮（可能是昨天剩的先上？），火腿和水果都有點味道不好。房間乾淨，但十分老舊，前台服務人員態度很好，但除了前台，其他服務人員感覺很多都不會英文文法溝通。 官方的圖片的確游泳池畔的早餐，但是酒店外觀和大堂很久，牆面斑駁破損，跟訂房時看到的圖片很有落差，因為有點失望，連拿出手機拍照的想法都沒有，有點可惜

Soggiorniamo in questo hotel da molti anni , pulizia e servizio ottimi . Un grazie va in particolare alla receptionist con i capelli corti (non ricordiamo il nome ) per la sua gentilezza e ottima efficienza .

個人感覺這個價格性價比還是很高的，到市區20分鐘一趟車。每天在游泳池邊吃早餐的感覺很美好。

전체적으로 호텔 시설은 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 위치가 도심에서 떨어져 있으며, 근처에 마트 등 편의시설과 식당이 없어서 이용에 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 도심까지 버스가 운행되고 있으며, 버스 정류장을 호텔에서 가까운 편이었습니다. 야외에 무료주차장을 제공하고 있으며 지하 주차장을 이용하기 위해서는 10유로가 필요합니다.

房間太昏暗，設施也非常陳舊老土，服務員沒個笑臉，唯一出彩的就是早餐就餐環境不錯，可惜沒啥吃的

房間 設施不錯 服務：有洗漱用品 環境：衞生整潔 酒店環境優雅，房間整潔舒適，服務周到貼心。設施齊全，早餐豐富美味。性價比高，強烈推薦，下次還會選擇入住。

需要什麼東西打電話給前台基本沒有，不會提供。早餐要防止服務員歧視，我們先坐下，旁邊白人晚到，服務員要拿我們這一桌的椅子給旁邊的那一桌，我語氣很嚴厲的告訴他，我們先來的憑什麼要把椅子讓給他們？服務員衹好走了。
