Ulasan Atour Hotel (Shanghai Wuzhong Road)

I had stayed at couple Atour hotels in Shanghai and other cities before. All felling and comments were good. Compared to other Atour hotels, I am a little bit surprised this hotel without bathroom door mat and without refrigerator.

Great Service and i always like the complimentary tea that is in the guest service. as a business traveler, the laundry room is a must!

The hotel is good, the location is ok. The breakfast was fine

We went here to attend a training session within walking distance to this hotel. Arrived at 6:00 PM and the room was still not cleaned. The front desk was absolutely horrible, seemed to be young kids who did not attempt to communicate. When they finally said a room was ready an hour and 30 min later, I caught the front desk clerk attempting to take a picture of my passport from his personal phone. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for foreign travelers.

Location close to metro station.however the room is not very clean and the smell is not pleasant. Hotel needs more care to meet 4 star standard.

This hotel met my needs. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

酒店雖然裝修不算新，但也是亞朵該有的品質。早餐種類比較豐富，總體性價比很高。尤其是服務非常滿意，出差突然來姨媽，給前台打電話請送個姨媽巾，沒想到前台服務員直接給送了個大禮包，裏面不光有姨媽巾，還有熱敷包，紅糖薑茶等等，真的很暖心，非常感謝！

服務：特別特別好，前台都非常有禮貌，熱情，積極，很喜歡。 衞生：特別乾淨，尤其是保潔阿姨“桂花”，熱情有禮貌，讓我想起家鄉的熱心阿姨。 環境：交通還是很方便的，打車無論去哪裡都是半小時哈哈哈，離火車站機場很近。

服務熱情、早餐豐富、出行方便，晚上9:30還有粥和小菜，硬件設施完備，隔音效果不錯，還送了小朋友伴手禮，回國把一箱子的臟衣服都洗好烘乾了，太好評

房間很乾凈整潔 設施都非常好 室內設計也不錯 早餐也很好吃 滿意 走之前還送了零食小禮包 服務非常好 一樓有健身房有閲讀區和洗衣房 周邊環境很好 附近有個七什麼的生態商務區還有閩行文化公園 生態景觀不錯
