This hotel exceeded our expectations! Very clean and a perfect location. Staff were very welcoming and the size of the room is perfect for two people. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. For the price, we were very happy with Cherry! We just needed a place to sleep after busy days in London, so comfortable beds was the #1 requirement for us, and it was met! The location was convenient to the underground which was our #2 priority. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was just an added bonus! The only criticism I could give would be that the baseboards were a bit dusty, but that wasn't a problem for us since my kids are older and weren't crawling around the floor. The price with a comfy bed and friendly staff can't be beat!

訂的唯一一個單人間，晚上10點還是9點前因為下面就是廚房會有很大的機器噪音，過了那個時間廚房關了就好了，不影響睡覺。沒有電梯。其他都很完美

一定要訂12.5號房，比上次住的13號好太多，大一半還安靜啊賺到了

The photos online make this place look very nice but it did not live up to expectations and is clearly not being maintained properly. The room felt claustrophobic which wouldn’t have been such a problem if it had proper windows like the other rooms I’ve seen in these reviews. It was so dim because the tiny slither of window we had was covered with a ‘privacy’ film. The blue painted walls were scuffed and the unit which the mini bar sat on was tatty. Images online boast a nespresso machine however we were given an unwashed French press with old coffee grains stuck to the inside. The thing I am most disgusted by is the fact that the neatly folded towels were dirty and used by the previous guests. Unfortunately I hadn’t discovered the yellow ear wax stains & musty smell until after I had showered at 1am so I had no choice. Atleast the bed was clean and comfy however the room was right next to the stairway, so all throughout the night the sounds of other guests walking up and down vibrated loudly through the wall. (This place is named under the dirty liquor hotel too).

Had a great stay here with my son. Spent day in London then came back here for pizza pool and bed. Yes there’s city noise but it didn’t bother us. Great bathroom and comfy bed. Total bargain and second from underground. Would definitely stay again.

We was made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the doors of the cherry rooms hotel by the lovely young lad working behind the bar we ordered 2 coffees and they were brought to our table really fast by the lad we wish we had got his name i think he may know who i was because i we had a great conversation about bands and music i told him i played in a named rock band. just to say lovely room/great food/nice drink/ brilliant staff so very helpful we shall be coming back again to use this fantastic hotel the reason we stayed there from saturday till the sunday was because we went to see a show in the west end and mile end station was only 3 min,s walk from the cherry rooms hotel and was really easy and fast getting into the west end was only a short distance on the underground trains thank you cherry rooms we will be seeing you very soon again John and Bess.

Great staff and customer service. Me and my partner had a few issues that had nothing to do with the hotel and they helped us out. Hadn't stayed in London before and I cannot recommend them enough. Also a really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Don't waste your time with these jokers. We all booked here due to a wedding in the area and they cancelled six of our individual bookings with less than 48 hours notice, one of them on the day as he was checking in. Their excuse? They blamed it on *********** which is funny because some of them booked through **********. The one party who did get to stay there said it was a bit of a dirty omnishambles anyway, look elsewhere.
