We had an amazing 3-night stay in this hotel ! Very convenient location. Clean. Free amenities. 1 alcohol drink (among wine, beer, sake, lemon liquor) per stay/per person Free duck soba in the evening (up to 80 times/person, basically unlimited), which was actually very tasty. Free soft drink and coffee. We would definitely come back here for our next visist.

Very good location, close to Sendai station and Don DONKI. Very clean with good amenities, free soft drinks and coffee and also daily facemask.

Perfect location! Very kind and clean. The room size is pretty small. But all others are absolutely excellent.

It was a great experience! My children really love there stay at the hotel, the food was great, very healthy and very near to all the places that we wanted to go! 🥰 The hotel is very clean, I love bed very comfortable❤️

Well above the average and value for money. Breakfast is of high standard and pretty fine for five nights stay. Btw, they asked me to check in and check out for my stay. I then asked to cancel all my bookings then this is no need. Kind of **** for the hotel management.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 4 single rooms. The rooms are very clean and convenient. We loved this hotel very much because it’s near a lot of shopping centers and Sendai Station especially, we enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel canteen very much . We enjoyed free ice cream , soft drink and coffee while we stayed here . So, Thumb Up ! for all good services.

立地もサービスもアメニティも全部最高でした。 夜にはラウンジでアルコール一杯無料のサービスとお夜食のサービスがあり、とても満足できました。特に栗ご飯？のおにぎりが本当においしかったです！ アメニティは必要な分だけ取って使用できるので便利だと思いました。 また仙台に行ったら泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

我和我太太來日本旅遊很多次，第一次住到 Richmond 飯店，我們住完六天五夜之後決定到日本任何地方都會先挑這個品牌！以下幾點跟大家分享： 1. 距離車站非常近，從車站出口出來拖著行李箱走五分鐘以內就到門口，一樓旁邊就是全家便利商店，我非常喜歡飯店一樓入口簡潔高雅的感覺。 2. 我們訂的是雙人房，大小適中，房間設備維護良好，床和枕頭非常舒適，從電梯走出來就感受到空氣品質良好，整個走廊到房間門外的給人感覺也很舒服。 3. 早餐和宵夜時間都讓我們流連忘返，食物美味，服務人員給我們賓至如歸的感受，我們非常誠心地感謝他們。 4. 清潔服務人員不會讓人覺得打擾，而且在走廊上遇到給人的態度都很好，不會讓人也不放心的感覺（我個人超重視這點）

地點極為方便，JR仙台站步行五分鐘到達。 有提供停車場優惠。 晚上有免費宵夜，鴨肉麵及酒精飲品，亦適合商務人士。

酒店離仙台站很近，仙台站一樓西口最右邊的門出去，在天橋直走下扶梯走個50米不到過個馬路就是酒店。前台在5樓，澀谷小姐服務態度非常好👍在仙台的好心情從她為我們辦理入住的這一刻開啟。又温柔又熱情的姑娘！🥹 酒店大廳提供牙刷、卸粧水、爽膚水、乳液、面膜、浴帽、攪拌棒等一次性用品，非常齊全。上樓需要刷卡，很安全。房間內提供洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露和洗手液。有冰箱，燒水壺，吹風機，浴袍等，打掃房間的選項是在電視機上選擇，按向上的方向鍵用左右鍵選擇好後按ok鍵確認即可。房間裏會每天提供兩瓶礦泉水。浴室水龍頭水壓又大又足，洗澡非常舒服。枕頭和床也睡的很舒服，空調調小風很靜音，超棒！酒店每天晚上8點到10點會免費提供80碗鴨肉麪，嘗過了味道不錯。還會提供免費的飲料和手打冰淇淋，飲料和冰淇淋可以帶回房間，酒不可以。不過我們不喝酒，所以選了我最愛的薑汁汽水。好喝😭 冰淇淋也很細膩，不是那種廉價的口感。最關鍵的是，我的轉換插頭在東京被朋友搞壞，筆記本電腦沒電，緊急工作處理不了，抱着試試的心態下樓問前台的澀谷小姐是否有轉換插頭，真的有免費的轉換插頭提供，真是救我狗命！！！澀谷小姐我愛你😭 我真的太喜歡這個酒店了❤️ 因為宇多田光的演唱會才來仙台旅遊，如果再來仙台我還會選擇住這裏的。
