The pluses are room was clean, concierge was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was good.

酒店位置很好，非常安靜。早餐還可以。房間還可以，不小。衞生間也不小。我在門上掛了不用打掃的牌子，結果服務員還是清理了。不過，很讓人感動的是，我掉在地上沙發下面的三歐元，TA撿起來放在沙發上了。[強][強] 唯一缺點是網不太好。

Hôtel à 10 min du Duomo de Brunelleschi et à 7 min de l'Office de l'académie (David de Michael Angelo). Jolie entrée, comme un Palazzo, d'un côté un bar, de l'autre la salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner buffet du matin. L'hôtel a un petit ascenseur pour desservir les étages. J'ai eu une chambre au premier étage avec un lit queen size, spacieuse, TV, frigo, bouilloire thé café dans une décoration désuète mais propre. Par contre présence de moustiques, du coup la chambre est équipée d'un kit Raid antimoustique. J'ai eu une salle d'eau aménagée pour une personne handicapée, c'était bizarre, les toilettes sont trop hautes pour moi et la douche totalement ouverte, ce qui fait que j'en ai mis partout, d'où une certaine humidité qui attire les moustiques. Beaucoup d'américains des tours descendent ici, ils parlent forts, sont incapables d'utiliser l'escalier même pour un étage et poussent leurs valises dans un boucan terrible, sans parler de les retrouver très tôt au petit déjeuner ! Le staff est sympa, c'est agréable mais je ne suis pas senti dans le confort dans un écrin douillet. Le petit déjeuner est frais, excellent, généreux, mais limité en proposition de terroirs. La propriétaire de l'hôtel est sur le lieu avec ses chiens, moi j'ai trouvé ça plutôt sympa d'avoir des animaux.

Lovely high ceilings, balconies, comfy bed and large bathroom. Super clean, with lots of space to spread out. Included breakfast is fantastic—tons of options, fresh, delicious and beautifully presented!

Excellent service. Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. I really liked this location as it was only a few blocks from the historical area of Florence. It was very quiet. There were e-bikes, and e-scooters within a block at all times. That is the way to get places. The terrace on the 5th floor was fabulous and I could see the Duomo from it. Taxi's were quick to respond to get us to the train station. There was construction on the street of the hotel in April, 2024, and that could have made it quietier, but it took nothing away from the stay. How else are they to improve the beautiful city. I heard it was gong to be a train or trolly of some type. I might have to go back and check it out.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Fantastic location with about a 1km walk into the main square of Florence. On the way into the main area is a small square we enjoyed the restaurants and cafes. Less people and friendly staff. Special shout out to Mischa and Marcel who were both exceptional and made our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was great also and the small bar was nice for a drink with friends before retiring for the night.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that one of the people in the reception is very knowledgeable about Florens and gave us many good tips. The rest is below expectations. The whole hotel needs a renovation, the decoration is very outdated. The rooms are small, dark, and unpleasant. The bathroom has nowhere to put your toiletries, and the only thing that will be given a second time is the intime wash, no cotton or anything else. The breakfast looks ok, but does not taste good. Nothing is fresh, all pastries are dry, the scrambled eggs are as dry as the pastries. The staff don´t speak English. The overall service is deficient. The rooms are very expensive compared to what you get. I can´t recommend this hotel.
