Staff were very friendly n helpful. We need to leave for early morning flight and reception staff helped to arrange for packed sandwiches , hard boiled eggs , fruits n drinks for us .

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Location was good, walking to DaLat night market and some eateries. Wish they had more breakfast varieties. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to families and friends.

The hotel is walking distance to Đa Lat Market, eating places, spas …The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly. The Brekky is so good with different variety. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights staff were great. Had my fiancé birthday there and the hotel set up a nice surprise for her in our room for a small fee

We had three days very comfortable living in the hotel, and I must say thank you too much for first night kiddy lady, I lose something and she help me a lot , thanks again 👍

Excellent hotel. Clean, professional and staff helpful. I would rate excellent but there were a few items - these are minor. Recommend.  One special mention: When I checked out the lady who attended was outstanding. She handled everything so efficiently and I just appreciated it.

It's ok for two nights in Dalat, 10 minutes away from the night market by walking. Room is clean, I had an issue with my door but it was resolved.

Clean and satisfactory amenities. The room has only one air conditioner, which requires extended use to keep the entire space cool. The shower is located right at the entrance of the bathroom, causing the floor to get wet after use, which may inconvenience others.
