However, because I am a foreigner, I cannot communicate clearly in some matters because the reception here is in Chinese.

The service at your hotel is very good. However, there are a couple of issues I'd like to point out. The bathroom sign in my room was incorrect, which caused some confusion. Additionally, during breakfast, I had to ask about the items available. Specifically, there were flakes meant to be mixed with milk, but a staff member advised me to mix them with coffee. It would be beneficial to provide more training for your staff regarding the food options. Thank you.

The bathroom was moldy due to water seepage. Because I checked in very late and got up early to catch a flight, I didn't ask the front desk to change rooms. I mentioned it to the front desk the next day, but the front desk didn't even say a perfunctory apology and ignored my questions. The good mood disappeared instantly

The room was nice. I was on a business trip and booked it together with the air ticket. The room is quite clean and all disposable supplies are available.
