Ulasan Noom Hotel Abidjan Plateau

Excellent and fascinating experience with professional, friendly and hardworking staff across the board- concierge, receptionists, stewards, cleaners. The food and services were excellent, particularly the iftaar with the wide variety of food and drinks offered. I cannot end my review without singling out Ali( concierge) and Sonia, at the reception, for their tremendous help and commitment and devotion s well the young IT guy who was already to assist.

Passable

The check-in time was too long. Except for two waiters at the front desk who could speak English, the other room service staff did not speak English. There was a problem with the elevator on the last day of check-out.

The hotel is beautiful, but the standard rooms are very small. I won't go a second time

Wonderful places to stay for business and family vacation . A wonderful welcoming with a nice smile and good service from the staff. I will specifically mention Aïcha , Isabelle and Hubert the the service. I will definitely be back and my next choice will be Noom hotel.

It was a great and fascinating experience with a very dedicated and professional staff across the board. I need to cite particularly the lady at the reception, Sonia, always ready and willing to help, with a smile. The iftaar was fabulous with the staff doing a tremendous job.

In hotel everything is the best and very friendly staff especially Leticia , she is very kind , at the bar lady call Gloire does a nice cocktails too . Going to the reception all of them are active with nice smiles . Mention to Mr .Slim and Isabelle and Aicha very helpful people . In fact I like everything about this hotel and I will recommend this place

The Noom Hotel is always a great The facilities are great and centrally located. But I am always impressed with the staff.Isabelle , at the reception has always been attentive and professional. She helps answer certain questions I have about the hotel and the local area. It makes it enjoyable being around the entire reception team. Laetecia, with someone else who stands out to me. She is always at the breakfast area. She seems to remember everyone’s name and she is always positive in her approach. You can tell that she works with the staff in the breakfast area and they seem to respond very well to her. I feel that she is the reason that the breakfast is always so wonderful. She is always so professional and is always willing to give helpful ideas. Arsene, is always making sure the team is welcoming us at the parking ramp and entrance to the building. All three of these team members make it enjoyable being around the hotel. And lastly, I cannot forget, REINE. She is great to work with and coordinate a different business ideas we have. She is a true partner, and I value her in the work that we do. I will always stay at the Noom Hotel, when I visit Abidjan

One star is too much for this place. The venue is great, location and design wise. But the staff is rude, useless and the meals take 1-2 hours to arrive. The food is decent but not worth the wait tbh. I recommend to maybe come for a drink (just for the view, drinks are mid af) but avoid dinning at all costs.

My stay to Noom Hotel Abidjan was fantastic. I have benefited superbe services in all domain. The staff is super professional, kind and very committed to serve the clients. From ground 0 reception, to the main reception at 7th floor, the room attendance, restaurant and bar, at every stage, the service is highly appreciated. Please note that at the main Reception madam Jeanne EKOUN and her team are highly professional ,indeed very special. I will not forget the front officer manager mr SLIM who is eager to assist client at anytime during the stay.. a very special man, highly professional. I will nit forget KENZA , SONIA and others who are very appreciated.

The Hotel is truly stunning. From the design, to the finishes, to the lovely scent in the building. It is modern and offers lovely views of the city. The staff also offer exceptional service. We travelled in September 2024 for Business, and I needed a European plug. The staff were willing to go out and find one. I really enjoyed my stay.

The excellent service from Elizabeth and Sonia at reception was the highlight of my weekend in Abidjan. They love their job and execute it with perfection. The valet and security downstairs were all so pleasant as well. The first room ( executive room) that I got needs some repair works on the wall. However the second room( executive suite) was perfect with a beautiful view. I complained to the manager about the hostility and unprofessionalism I was met with upon check in by a receptionist by name Jan so I won't put that here. She should be working as a prison warden with that attitude and not in hospitality. I'd be back in Noom for sure. Beautiful hotel.

The service was so good. The food amazing. The staff made the place convenient for me and were so friendly. Special thanks to Sonia, Elisabeth and Eli for their professionalism, kindness. They definitely made a visitor feel welcome. I’ll be back Noom hotel Abidjan.
