Ulasan Wanda Vista Dongguan

The room I booked was an executive suite. It was large. It had two large rooms, a large bathroom and a walk in closet and a separate toilet. The decor is a little dated. But this did not make it feel any less grand. The previous hotel was more modern but this room is grander in scale. the bedroom had a panoramic view of the city. We were on the 15th floor. The elevator was fast and would get you from 1 to 15 in 20 seconds. The bathtub could be enjoyed in the dark with the blinds lifted something I took advantage of each day. The toilets are not smart which I got used to in my previous hotel. But they did the job. The shower had good water pressure, the rainfall shower was installed into the ceiling and it had great intensity. The shampo, conditioner and gel were great and the toothpaste was Colgate. There were some amenities listed but we're not available during our stay such as the executive lounges and bars, but the staff explained all the benefits could be enjoyed in the dining hall. There is a onsite pool, gym and sauna on the 5th floor along with a spa. I did not get to try the pool as I had no swim wear. But you could rent if you wanted. The buffet breakfast and dinner was all very good with a lot of options. The freshly cooked noodle and grill station were amazing. I would recommend arriving when it starts or an hour into service as sometimes they begin to pack up before the service is closed. Drinks were unlimited and so was the self serve gelato, which I frequented The room was non-smoking and free from smells as requested which is a plus and I am thankful for, as this could ruin the experience for me and my pregnant partner. The staff were all very welcoming and would greet us every day. Amenities and towels were replenished The interior of the hall was grand the dining hall was decorated, high ceilings and lots of lights secured behind a safety net. Dongguan I did not get to see much of. But it's a city that is in the midst of development with new metros being planned and in the midst of being built. I am excited to see how it changes. Our stay was short but it is indeed one of our most memorable hotels. One due to the size and grandeur of the room and the second was the service provided.

The Hotel itself it pretty clean and the food is nice too. Would recommend staying there.

Kids was very happy with the room

The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza with many shops and eateries. Very convenient to get good food at Wanda Plaza. The room is clean and spacious but the air con is not good. I complained to the hotel reception and they adjusted the central air con system but still not cold enough to have a good night sleep. Felt the outside air is cooler but the window could not be opened wide enough. Breakfast is good with wide varieties.

Smokers Hotel, in the lobby you have customer smoking, in line waiting the front desk people smoking. Hotel staff says nothing. Rooms are poorly maintained, rooms are falling apart.

First time stay in this hotel for my business trip ，nice hotel ,i very like the lobby decoration style ，very modern ，the staff service was good ，people very friendly ，especially the concierge provide the really 5 start hotel service 。high recommend ，wonderful trip for this time ，nice

The room is super clean with good gym facility

A typical local hotel in China, still good, just cannot give 5 stars if under international standard. But for a few days stay for business, it is good enough. Very close to the shopping mall, easy for finding food.

The facilities for international business travelers are not great. The working desk, desk light and chair and not suitable for working sustained periods of time (chair too low, light did hold position and table round and not practical). I did ask the hotel if they could help and although they were very willing, they didn't manage to find a solution. Also, whilst they are very willing to help, there were many employees that didn't speak fluent English so everything took a long time to explain - from problems to room service. This point about the room service was aggravated by the fact that the ordering process should be done via scanning a QR code on WeChat which then runs an ordering program however this program is ONLY in Chinese so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will find out after going through the whole process that you need to call the front desk, try to find somebody who can speak English and order that way. It is a nice place just not very focused on international travelers.

It is the best hotel in Dongguan. Great location with a Wanda shopping mall besides the hotel, also Dynatown shopping mall is near and Zhonshang park is just 20 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel has great amenities, complete gym and indoor swiming pool. Breakfast has good western options. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Clean and Neat, very good services. Most likely will come again for next business trip.
