Hotel ber***a Jepang yang bagus yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas Onsen, menawarkan pemandian umum dan pribadi. Pemandian umum terpisah untuk pria dan wanita. Mereka yang tidak berencana memiliki Onsen perlu memeriksa apakah kamar tersebut memiliki pancuran/kamar mandi pribadi. Kamar dengan pemandangan pegunungan memiliki pemandangan pegunungan yang indah, yang spektakuler selama musim gugur. Dianjurkan untuk memasukkan sarapan dan makan malam ke dalam pemesanan hotel karena tidak ada restoran di dekatnya. Set sarapan dan makan malam disiapkan dengan cermat. Benar-benar pengalaman unik dan semua hidangannya terasa sangat fantastis (terutama jika Anda menyukai makanan Jepang). Makan malamnya mahal (8000 yen) jika tidak termasuk dalam reservasi kamar. Karena setiap set makan malam harus disiapkan secara individual, tamu harus memutuskan dan memberi tahu resepsionis saat check-in jika mereka memilih untuk makan malam. Hanya ada 2 pilihan waktu yang tersedia: 17:30 atau 20:00. Pembayaran makan malam dilakukan saat checkout (jika sudah ditambahkan, dan belum dibayar di muka saat reservasi kamar). Resepsionis dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik dan akan menjelaskan semua detail saat check-in. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah hotel ini berjarak sekitar 5 menit (sekitar 2 km) berkendara dari pusat bus Shirakawa-go tempat sebagian besar wisatawan akan datang. Hotel ini menyediakan bus antar-jemput untuk mengantar tamu dari pusat bus. Waktu penjemputan sekitar jam 3 sore. Informasi ini tidak tersedia dalam informasi hotel. Mengetahuinya ketika saya memeriksa konter informasi turis di pusat bus. Pengemudi akan membawa papan nama hotel, jadi berhati-hatilah. Para tamu mungkin ingin merencanakan layanan feri ini ketika merencanakan rencana perjalanan mereka karena pilihan transportasi terbatas.

Agak jauh dari Shirakawa, tapi ada antar-jemput, jadi tidak ada masalah. Fasilitas di dalam hotel (termasuk mata air panas pribadi) dilengkapi dengan baik, dan tidak ada ketidaknyamanan saat kami begadang. Makan malam dan sarapan terlalu mahal, jadi agak memberatkan... Kebersihan dan fasilitas kamar sangat baik. Hal yang disayangkan adalah pelanggan meminta bantuan ketika mereka berada dalam situasi krisis yang sangat serius... tetapi semua orang berpaling (itu adalah masalah yang cukup bisa memberikan alternatif atau solusi).

Fasilitas hotel sangat baik, kualitas mata air panas juga sangat baik, lingkungannya bersih dan sangat bersih, sarapannya sangat kaya, kursi yang menghadap ke jendela dapat dinikmati sambil menikmati sarapan sambil menonton pemandangan salju . ; Perlengkapan mandi siap untuk Anda! Anda datang untuk menikmati pemandian air panas dan menikmati kesenangan hidup liburan, pemandian air panas yang sangat bagus! Layak untuk datang lagi lain kali, hanya saja ketika Anda datang ke Desa Gasshang, Anda harus membuat janji terlebih dahulu dengan mereka untuk menjemput Anda, jika tidak, meskipun jaraknya 2,4 kilometer, masih agak jauh. Jika cuaca buruk, hujan dan turun salju, sangat merepotkan Buat janji untuk penjemputan.

Spacious room with nice breakfast and dinner. Additionally, they serve a free flow of ramen as supper.

Food and room are excellent , stay two nights meal are different , Keiser dinner and keiser breakfast very delicious. 10 mins drive will be the history village, hotel locate next to the bus station

It was great! Food was tasty, onsens were perfect, and the rooms spacious :) One drawback was that we were not able to regulate the temperatures in our room. The first night we weren't aware that the temp was set to 30 (!) Celsius. The next night we put it down to 20, but we both woke up at 6 AM due to the extreme heat which was back at 30 C.. We probably didnt click the right setting on the regulator because it was in japanese with no english explanations, but it should be easier to change the room temperature...

Love this place. Service was awesome and the place is very clean. Had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast in the hotel and all was perfect.

Highly recommended! Excellent service, full amenities, super clean and nice interior. The dinner and breakfast were the best i have ever had in an hotel.

Different dinner menu for traveller who stay for 2/3 nights and above with be good

LOVE this place!!! Room is clean and spacious, the beddings ever so soft and comfortable. They fed us very well during our stay too!!! Love those little deco resembling the grass houses. So cute!! Look at the view we had at breakfast!!! All staff speak very good English, all extremely attentive and sweet. They give out free ramen and popsicles for late evening snacks and yogurt drinks around breakfast time too. Very pleasant stay I must say. Would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

The hotel is excellent. It’s very clean. The bed is comfortable.  It serves various snack such as grill tofu in the afternoon and ramen in the mid night. We reserved the beef dinner.  It has many courses and it’s so delicious.  The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk away from the village. Suggest to take hotel shuttle if you don’t want to walk.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at an onsen hotel, and I must say, my experience was somewhat disappointing. While the hotel had many appealing features, several aspects fell short of expectations. Firstly, the hotel's policy requiring guests to walk barefoot or in socks was problematic due to the cleanliness of the floors. The surfaces did not seem well-maintained, which detracted from the overall experience. I was particularly let down by the private bath. The two only available tubs was filled with bleach, which was concerning and not suitable for relaxation. Additionally, there were no shower facilities provided for rinsing off before or after soaking in the onsen. This made the experience less enjoyable, as I couldn't clean myself immediately before or after enjoying the hot springs. Furthermore, the reservation system for the private baths was poorly organized. There was no clear queue, leading to confusion and frustration among guests who were waiting their turn. Overall, the taste of dinner and breakfast was average, but the environment and service was quite good. Although the hotel offered many attractions and amenities, the execution left much to be desired. Overall, my stay was a case of having high expectations that were not met. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects in the future to provide a better experience for its guests.

Comfortable and clean. Love their concept of no shoes in the hotel and clean up the wheels of all luggages before they are rolled into the hotel. Kids enjoy the ramen supper offering. Yummy and comforting to tummy after onsen. Would be good to book dinner with hotel as all nearby restaurants are mostly close by 5. We were lucky to have assistance from reception staff to point us to the only bbq that is open.

This hotel provides excellent serves and is very clean, I particularly enjoyed their Onsen, which is also very clean and big , I specially liked the outdoor Onsen. Hotel is near by Gassho-zukuri village.
