Alaya Resort Ubud is one of the best service resorts I’ve stayed at so far! Every staff member is incredibly friendly and polite. I loved the complimentary afternoon tea and photography service, plus the bed was super comfy and amazing fresh breakfast. While the facilities could be improved, the amazing location makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about. It’s near to Yoga Barn, Pison Cafe and other tourist attractions. I would definitely come back again!

Great location. In the middle of Ubud. Room is clean. Pool is a great place to rest and relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Alaya resort staff truly went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration special. They helped arrange a lovely surprise with flower petal decorations, a delicious birthday cake, and a beautiful rose bouquet (available at an extra cost). The resort's location is also excellent, situated right beside fantastic cafes like Pison, where we enjoyed a discount of 10%! Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and it comes with impeccable housekeeping service twice a day. Every detail was taken care of, making our two nights stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Alaya Resort for its exceptional service and fantastic location.

Location is superb! Yoga barn 3mins, the street it’s located at are full of famous restaurant and prob the only place is quite lively after 10pm in ubud. Room’s quite nice and spacious actually(saw some online comments about old room)

Every thing was excellent

Perfect Stay for Couples. Room is spacious and tidy, Cleanliness is slightly less than perfect, partly due to the aged fittings and furniture. The fridge has a lose hinge and you will have to push harder to actually close it well, though it can be easily replaced. The sofa has some unidentified stains. The balcony door lock is slightly faulty and it somehow latched on when we closed the doors, thus we got locked outside in the balcony for some time. However, kudos to the team who sent technicians who came to our rescue. Having said these, everything else in this hotel made it a memorable trip for me and my wife. Breakfast served at "Brasserie restaurant" is 4/5 stars. The staff will take your orders while you are also free to take the items from the buffet counters. The coffee served to you is available as espresso based drinks and not just the typical machine or brewed-in-pot type. Variety is mediocre but at least most of them taste great. Located at the heart of Ubud, it is nearby many great eateries, cafes and bars. Also near to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Ubud Market and some other places of interests. If you can stand the heat and walk for 30mins, you can also reach Campuhan Ridge Walk, or take a slower stroll while admiring the buildings and fancy shops. Even if you are not planning to go out, there's also many great options within their compound; such as Dala Spa, Cerita Manisan, Rayjin, Pison and Chontea, all under Alaya Hotel group. I particularly enjoyed Pison and Rayjin.

Very convenient location, spacious and clean room. since we have an early activity next day, the hotel even prepare us a takeaway breakfast.
