Totally loved it! We went for “Hedonistic package”. Stayed in a suite with a sea view, which was lovely. Comfy bed and pillows, which is important for me. Delicious 3 course dinner at the Raimond restaurant. Alex, the waiter, was amazing! Food menu very interesting and sometimes unusual, but totally delicious. Spa and massages also very good. Drinks near the fireplace in the lobby….great ending to a long day. Thanks a lot! Will be coming back!

Excellent hotel rooms. Excellent lounge. Wonderful spa experience. My only suggestion is decreasing the amount of air freshener in the lobby. The breakfast was very good. The room views are very nice from the regular rooms. The hotel is very close to the beach and in the fall it was busy but also pretty quiet, enjoyable and relaxing.

We loved everything at our stay. Breakfast, the spa and the room were all super! We loved the spa because it was peaceful and the saunas were so relaxing. Our room was so good that we slept almost 11 hours every night. The hotel is near the beach and the city so we walked a lot. And it was so nice to go to the spa after a long walk.

Kind and responsive staff. Very nice and cozy SPA area, very cool bubble pool. The SPA area is well suited for parents who want to relax from children's activities and noise.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and it was very nice and unexpected surprise when I found a note and a compliment for my birthday from the hotel staff (I didn't specifically tell at the reception today's my birthday and even didn't think they would pay so much attention to the birth date). Also decided to treat myself with a pedicure - it was amazing, the lady gave me few advices on the care and paid great attention to my feet more that any other specialist I went to. Afterwards my husband and I went to the spa and we loved it because it wasn't crowded at that time. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The hotel facilities are amazing. The room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast options were truly amazing. Spa area is lovely, but could have been a bit bigger. The lady at the check-in was a bit off. She wasn’t friendly and came across a bit rude. I felt unwelcome upon arrival. I can see that similar feedback has been provided in the past, it’s a shame nothing has been done about it. Hopefully future customers will have better experience.

Love Hedon Spa, has been coming here for several years now every winter for a short vacation. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, excellent spa (though not very big one). Especially love their sun room with the sun lamp and beach loungers. There not many people in the winter, and this is not a family hotel, so it's perfect for a tired professional who just want a couple of days of quiet and relaxation.

Our visit to Hedon SPA in Pärnu was simply unforgettable. The warm welcome and elegant atmosphere made us feel joyful and relaxed. I had the best relaxing time in Hedon SPA&hotel. Room was clean with sea view. Spa area, service, staff were great. Silent spa, bath, body scrub, body and face massage, everything was top level. Highly recommended for staying and relaxing from daily routine.

Dear Hedon, This was our fifth experience in your hotel. The spa therapists gave us excellent treatments, special thanks to Marie and Diana. When we arrived we didn’t feel welcome and at the checkout the staff was very uninterested in our experience. Restaurant Raimonds is still top quality.

Amazing location, very clean, amazing service in spa, amazing massages. Very tasty food at restaurant, best breakfast ever! But costumer service in reception not so good, receptionists act as if they really don't care about costumers.

The room that we were allocated looked nothing like the room that we booked and was pictured on their website. The room was miniscule. This a single room masquerading as a double. It did not have the furniture that should have been in the room. There were no bedside tables, there was no armchair, no coffee table as advertised. The room had a long corridor to make up the square meterage of the room but in fact the habitable area was much smaller. There was no room to get out of bed on one side. Instead of the armchair, there was an ordinary chair. The TV could only be watched from the bed but it was mounted on the wall in such a way that it could only be partially seen. The bathroom had good quality toiletries but when the door was open it completely obstructed the hallway, which in my opinion is a hazard. And for la piece de resistance, check the chewing gum stuck on the top of the bed frame. I was charged £267 for this room and I was refused a partial refund for providing a misrepresented room. Their excuse - there are small differences between rooms. Really? That kind of differences? The manager offered an alternative room in the non-refurbished part of the hotel, in the spa section of the hotel but it was dark, the furniture was tired and it smelled horrible of engrained dirt.
