"The room was very clean and well laid out. I don't know if it was the weather or something else but it was a bit dry for me. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the service was warm and thoughtful, the sauna and swimming pool were free and clean, and there was a park just across the beach, which was also very interesting. It was all included in one trip. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel in the city center. Parking needs to be reserved in advance, just send an email and it's OK."

"Stayed here as a feature stay on our Intrepid Tour. A heritage listed, old main building with lots of character but thus with stairs and design features that make an overnight stay a bit more challenging. We were able to get a garden view room not in the main building; but it was then 100 m away across rough cobbles. The floor heating in our bathroom was too hot at 29 C and we could not turn it down or just off. Staff were very obliging. Breakfast was al a carte and was pleasing. A 5-10 min walk to the beach and similar to the old town."

"Sad little room with a hole in the wall. We purched as a deal and we did not enjoy at all this place. Gave us standard room. Never take this as an option if you have child. Kids sleeps by the door. Sadly we could not change the room as there is no staff at the reception."

"the experience is very negative, the staff is angry and unfriendly, and it doesn't matter - a grandmother from Finland, a grandfather from Sweden (they don't understand Estonian anyway, you can tell them to say whatever you want) or just a person from Tallinn. and if we talk about medical staff, they are more like veterinarians who don't know how to say hello or goodbye."
