In one word - Pathetic!!
As I was travelling from Phoenix throughout the day, I checked in around 9 pm local time. After some time got to know that the water was clogging in the commode. I called in to reception and asked them to check. Got the reply that they were checking with their maintenance team. After almost 30 mins (around 10 pm), I went to reception desk and asked about the same. Got a reply that since maintenance team was not available around that time, they couldn't help me. So, I asked to change the room for which I got an answer that there was no vacant rooms available that time. I asked what I could do in such situation as problem was serious one. The person at reception cold bloodly replied that since my room was booked by third party ( in this case Trip.com) I was supposed to check with you guys..
What the heck???
That really made me frustrated as I had travelled for complete day and wanted it test just for few hrs with good amenities in my room but got such pathetic response from the hotel management.
Finally I literally debated with her after which she checked with her manager (or she told me that) and I got different room.
Hi Trip.com team - Please look into this and never show such pathetic hotels in your search. I am really pissed off.
