Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, direkter Zugang vom Pool zum Meer ! Sehr schöner Pool mit großen gepolsterten Pool-Liegen ! Zimmer sind groß, leider nur ein Deckenventilator, aber keine Klimaanlage, war für die Jahreszeit (Februar) aber ausreichend. Frühstücksangebot sehr gut mit Spiegeleier, Rührei, Speck und Bohnen. Leider gab es nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten und es bildeten sich lange Schlangen vor den Geräten, da die Automaten ziemlich langsam arbeiteten. War auch dadurch bedingt, das manche Leute für eine Tasse Kaffee die Espresso-Taste 5 mal drückten um eine Tasse voll zu bekommen. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen !

Arriving late on saturday the staff were very helpful getting us settled in quickly - the hotel is a little tired but for a economy break its ideal - we stayed 2 nights. The TV is awful with mainly german programmes and the rooms directly over teh ebach get buffetted by howling wind all night, the rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel pretty good but needs a uplift in many areas we wouldnt even dip our toes in the pool. The restaurant is ok and breakfast fine. The location is amazing if you are a walker or a kite surfer

In general is a nice hotel. It is very different from those giant hotels that you normally meet all around. If you are lucky with the room, you get an awesome view over the beach of El Medano. Location is really top. Keep in mind, there is no WIFi in the rooms, the one you get close to the pool area is of horrible quality. Breakfast is ok, Service is friendly.

This hotel has a unique location at the beach where windsurfers and kiters have perfect conditions. The room with seeview is not what you expect, you could not see the beach sitting on the balcony. The rock solid fence is to high. Generally, the small room needs upgrading, especially the carpet that had changed to grey color at the balcony door. The TV set was the smallest and oldest tube I ever seen in a hotel, and the programs where all in spanish with no value for me. Be sure to sign for every extra's as I was presented with bills put on my room number. I may visit this hotel again because of the price, location and Surf Center Playa Sur beside the hotel. Hotel breakfast was very good, but I did not try the hotel dinner.

This is one of the best 3* hotels I have stayed in. The food is buffet style but it is first class. Many dishes to choose from, some of them local ones. The breakfast is also buffet style but you can choose from a continental breakfast to an English one. Fruit is always at hand. The hotel itself is close to the airport, taxi fare of 15 Euros but the noise is not an issue. Beer is 4 Euros and a glass of wine 1-50 Euros. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and speak English. Bed was a little firm but no problem. There is free Wi-Fi around the bar and pool area. The town is about 15 minutes walk along the boardwalk which stretches along the beach.

Had the most amazing week for my birthday holiday Spotlessly clean friendly staff huge variety for breakfast. Our room was on the third floor and we found it super quiet as it was the nature reserve side The pool.area was beautifully clean the pool.isnt heated but I loved the cool dip daily We loved it so much we booked to come back before we left

Lovely relaxing hotel in a stunning town of El Medano. Rooms were nice an cleaned daily by lovely easy going staff. Lovely surfer pub just beside the hotel which had great food & nice views of all the wind sports along the the beach. Have booked again to return in mid- March.

Rooms - basic but clean, fresh and modern. We had a sea view from the balcony which was nice. Maybe a kettle in the room would make it a bit better but not the end of the world. Pool - nice and clean pool area with more than enough sun loungers/beds. We were here in Oct/Nov so I wonder if it’s a bit more crowded in the summer? Food - Breakfast is good with plenty of variety/options. Quite a long queue for a coffee from the machine. We had dinner in the attached restaurant on a few occasions. It has the best view across the water and the food is amazing. Location - I came here to go kitesurfing but sadly the wind went elsewhere. However, the hotel is situated right on the beach and so there is still lots to do. As you come out of the hotel, you walk along the beach and a long row of shops, cafes and restaurants. All are good but I would recommend the flash point cafe. All in all, this is a nice little hotel and in a great location.

I was a bit apprehensive based on the mix of reviews but couldn’t praise the hotel more. Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful views of the sea! Perfectly placed on the beach with a sliding door straight out onto the boardwalk! Situated at the “quieter” end of the el Medano boardwalk but a 5 minute walk down to the main square. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but plenty to choose from, only problem was they ran out of glasses quickly. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would 100% go back.
