The location was horrible. The room was full of dust and it was not clean, no words for hygiene. Dust and dusted webs were hanging on the fan. Flush wasn't working in the washroom.

The worst hotel ever i have visited i decided not to stay even there. I book on the stop other hotel at 2. 30 am. Also i reached dwarka on 2. 00 am and called hotel no one received calls as i couldn’t find hotel. Also they denied to add gst that we don’t have gst number how mm t can tie up a hotel without gst. How can i claim in my company?

The photo i saw and the real thing both are different. I went to stay in another hotel that night. It was a very dirty hotel. I request make my trip not to suggest this hotel to anyone else.

- wall and desks were full of dirt’s and mark. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere
- beds were dirty and extremely uncomfortable. When we asked mr (hotel manager) if we could have them changed. He refused to change the bad. However, he is not customer centric manager at all and. He destroyed our 2-3 hours. - pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - extra bed with frame not provided. Again, somehow managed to rest on single foam placed on a floor that was counted as extra bed. - bathroom was very dirty overall Terrible hotel, not at all customer centric, rude behaviour, do not stay.

1. There won't be any guidance or help from hotel staff even for location access. 2. As soon as you enter the hotel, from reception itself you will get the smell like the flat was never ventilated since years. 3. The rooms they had provided for my family was 2 and none of the room was even upto the mark that we can adjust in atleast in one room. 4. The bathrooms smells like it was never cleaned. Water in the washbasin was not coming. Toilet water leaking was there, you can even use it. Overall pathetic, disaster, horrible. Hope mm t takes necessary action. Don't degrade the standards and don't play with the trust of customers.
