Perjalanan keluarga ke Colorado Springs. Layanan hebat, kamar hotel bersih dan nyaman menghadap pegunungan. Lokasi pusat yang luar biasa! Akan tinggal di sini lagi.

We stayed at Woodmen Inn last minute. They are renovating it but our room was already "done." The room was fairly nice besides when you move the curtains it was nasty and the bathroom counter had cigarette burn marks and the cabinet has water damage. Staff was not rude but did not show good hospitality. Breakfast was awful, would not stay here again!

Other than all the construction going on, it seemed like a beautiful hotel, the construction going on the renovations going on, and the lack of staff being able to do cleanups was making it difficult for the place to stay clean in the entryway making for dust ball so then in entryway & the hallway for dust getting in hair!

Overall it was a nice room. The first room we were assigned, the A/C didn’t work. We were moved to another room and it was good. Only real complaints were the breakfast was basically non existent and for a pet friendly hotel there was no area to take the dogs to. The grounds were covered in large river rock, no grass or dirt.

Do not stay here!! I checked in for about 30 minutes and left immediately. Traveling solo female I felt very uncomfortable with the lurking people in the halls and knocking on room doors. Outside doors with key entry were propped open to allow access to the pool. My room window was cracked open with no screen on arrival. Could not get the heat to work. Pictures advertised are not accurate. The holiday inn across the street was wonderful!!
