five star hotel with 0 service!
1. Got a call at mid-night and a man is moaning via phone.
2. Called the front desk before arrival and they hang up our phone by pretending forward the call
3. Got some emergency situation and wanna see if could cancel the booking, the hotel put us on hold more than 24 hours, ignoring nearly 10 ties followups, however they reply us within 30 minutes once my friend check-in.
The hotel put our request on hold by using lame excuses like manager is on leave, manager is in meetings, manager need to get approval from upper level….
Understood if the booking can’t be cancelled, however, how they operate and react is definitely not meet a 5 star hotel standard.
