Mandarina Colombo

Mandarina Colombo

Lokasi yang luar biasa. Sebagian besar staf dan layanannya luar biasa. Beberapa masalah dengan layanan kamar dan restoran.

I was a bit sad that they didn’t allow my friends and my sister to come visit me. They had my sign a Waiver to stay no gust were allowed. The place is placed good. I stayed for 3 weeks, the pool was 10m good for a relaxed swimming. The view is now blocked by constructions. The housekeeping stafs were really helpful. All in all good for families, not solo travellers.

Easy to access city very clean and neat rooms polite staffs but there’s no sound proof rooms

Too many different persons working with one client, a little too many distractions! The hotel room itself was amazing, clean!! And so many ammenities. Also YouTube and netflix in the tv. Nice spacious baththub and seperate shower! Also breakfast was amazing!!

Very good location and nice clean rooms, good breakfast, overall very good experience. Nobody had any complaints. The whole group really enjoyed the stay. Excellent staff as well. I would recommend this hotel.
